I go here only for the ube and mango cake. It's our favorite even though it's expensive. Their website should change their hours because they open at 8:30 not 8am.

The customer service at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the pastries are always very fresh. A tip for those interested in trying the cake sampler: be sure to call and place your order at least two days in advance!

I recently visited Red Ribbon Bakeshop in Concord to grab some holiday treats. The walk-up service was simple and convenient, and the staff at the counter were friendly. I absolutely adore the popular dishes at Red Ribbon Bakeshop! Favorites like the Chicken Empanadas, Ube Ensaimadas, Butter Mamon (where you can buy 6 and get 1 free), Yema Caramel Mango Supreme, Ube Overload, Triple Chocolate Roll, Brazo/Ube-Brazo Mercedes Roll cakes, Cashew Brownies, Taisan Slices, and Mango Caramel Bars are all incredible. They’re delicious and also easy on the wallet!

I really enjoy the best-sellers at Red Ribbon Bakeshop, including the Chicken Empanadas, Ube Ensaimadas, and the Butter Mamon, which offers a buy 6, get 1 free deal. The Yema Caramel Mango Supreme, Ube Overload, Triple Chocolate Roll, and the Brazo/Ube-Brazo Mercedes Roll cakes are also fantastic. Don't forget to try the Cashew Brownies, Taisan Slices, Caramel Bars, and Mango Bars! Everything tastes amazing and is budget-friendly!

I ordered two mango supreme cakes for pickup on May 27 at 7 PM, but when I arrived, my order couldn't be found. The staff informed me that my order wasn’t listed. How can that be when I have a receipt confirming the date and time for pickup? They offered to give me whatever was on the shelf, but how can I trust that it's fresh? This situation highlights a significant lack of internal control. There seems to be no proper matching of orders with inventory. I paid for my order, but none existed when I went to collect it. I came in to order some food at the request of my sister. I've never seen this place before. As I approached the cashier, I could see a girl sitting on the cutting board on the prep table talking with two employees. The prep table is right behind the cashier so there is a clear view . From a food safety standpoint, this is horrifying. I asked the employee if the cut food on that prep table and he turned around to say something to the girl. Then she got off the table. At that point, I walked away not ordering anything. I reported this to the health department. The managers and staff need training on food safety. I will never go there again.

The absolute worst Red Ribbon in America! I usually go to the one in South San Francisco. The difference is HUGE! I order the Arroz Caldo (chicken porridge) and the plates are always half filled! After 10 scoops its gone! Why they won't fill it all the way up to the cover is a mystery. In SF the same size plate is always filled to the top! I order the Halo Halo dessert drink and they only fill half of the cup! There's more crushed ice than actual ingredients. And there's no flan! In SF the ingredients go over the bubble cap. This place puzzles me to this day. Its not surprising Jolibee next door always has a long line. Do yourself a favor my Filipino brothers and sisters don't waste your mon...

My wife had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience while trying to make a purchase last night. The store, which closes at 9 PM, still had half an hour left when she arrived at 8:30 PM. However, the staff insisted that the store was already closed. I ended up going inside to remind them that it wasn't closing time yet and that we wanted to make a purchase. I also mentioned that they claimed to be closed. I asked for the supervisor, who was sitting down, preoccupied with his cellphone, seemingly watching or playing something, and he didn’t even bother to address a customer’s issue.
