"We used to love Red Robin. Recently the service, cleanliness and quality of food has become so poor. Tonight a friend and I decided to try. To begin there was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during dinner hour. This is really unfair toher and customers as one person shouldn?t have the responsibility of serving that many people at once. So my review is not areflection on her performance. My friend and I ordered completely different burgers. She had the Mad Love and I had CaliforniaChicken. We both added ranch to ours and after a bite said our burgers tasted like blue cheese. We thought maybe the dressingwas wrong, but trying it separately confirmed that was ranch. Then we thought maybe they accidentally used blue cheese insteadof mayonnaise. Neither of us like blue cheese but didn?t think it would be harmful. We ate as much as we could but couldn?tstomach to finish the meal. The waitress was so busy we didn?t want to have to send it back for new burgers. At this point myfriend decided to try just the cheese and realized that is what tasted horrible. I tried mine and it was the same. Both of ourburgers had provolone on them. We had ordered other food to go and when the waitress came back we told her what we had found andshe apologized and said she would speak to a manager. Another long while went by and the manager came to speak to us and askedwhat was wrong. I explained the scenario and he said ?So you got the wrong cheese?? And I said ?No? this cheese is bad!? And hesaid well the cheese comes straight out of the packet and there were no other issues.? He didn?t attempt to smell the meal orcheck the cheese in the kitchen. Then said ?Well what do you want me to do? Do you want me to remove these from your bill or youwant new ones? it?s seems as though you?ve eaten most of it already.? I just said ?no we do not want more food at this point?(we were there well over an hour) so he took the plates and said he would remove them from our bill"

When you absolutely need a gluten-free burger, you'll always find a good one here. Bottomless salad was the bonus! Thank you!

Was very disappointed at Red Robin there service was horrible and the portion of bottomless fries is cheap so small check out the fries serving picture and waitress disappeared when it came time to pay im not going back to this location for a long time, this place suxz

I ordered food through DoorDash. Does anyone know whos fault it is if a meal is missing? Red Robin employee made sure to tell me it was drivers fault, driver made sure to tell me it was RR fault. Both parties were very rude for overpriced basic food. Willnot be eating here again, which is probably safe, as I was told 2 lead cooks quit that day. Maybe I just caught everyone on abad day. ???? I used to love this place, but in the last months, the food is prepared inaccurately. Today, I got a to-go order, and my fries were clearly left over fries that were reheated. The fries were so hard and dry. My patty had no pink, and it was so dry. The amount of mayo is always outrageous, and they never know how to cook an egg. The egg is always overcooked. I'm so disappointed and never returning to this location. It's not the first time this happens.

Been coming here for years now and it continues to never disappoint. Very affordable that are not only cheap to buy but, so yummy to eat. Not only do the burgers hit you with a kick they also leave you with unlimited fries to boot! With just $11 (ifyou include the drink! you could get their cheapest burger which is the haystack tavern double, which comes with two Pattie?sand fried crispy onion fries, completing a whole meal with just $11. 100% recommend here!

Did my mother get to eat there and the service was bad! I'm also a server so I know how to give exceptions to iffy service, but this girl just wasn't! A large Chiubby white with pink hair that was our server and we ordered only one pizza and 2 drinks. We asked for Ranch and Refill and our server just said?okay? and just went a few steps and sat down at a table for about 15 minutes to talk to their employees. I wish I did, but it was right in front of us. Bad service! But the food was really good. My mother called it the best pizza she had ever tried (Whiskey River)

This is a place with lots of potential but the tiny things are the ones that affect how you feel. We stopped on our trip for dinner with the kids. We sat at the corner and it was freezing! We asked the staff a few times to take care of it and each time got different answers like they were not sure where the control unit was located, or they couldn't do that, etc. I just wanted to go outside to defrost. The little computer on the table was without batteries so instead of paying at the table, we needed to look for the waiter for the payment. Well, so easy to fix things like that, I hope they will do that. As for the food, it was good.
