Absolutely Heavenly, Best Ever!!!!. I have been to many Italian restaraunts, but this is without a doubt the absolute best. The food is beyond exceptional and the service is proficient. I feel like going back in time to a true family business with a garunteed fabulous expirience. It is so great to see such a great family business thriving and continuing such a wonderful establishment!!

I opted for the seven-course menu, and it was fantastic. One thing I was really looking forward to was the Italian ice cream, but unfortunately, the waiter informed us that they had run out of the supplies needed to make it. Instead of making us wait, the staff ended up treating us to delicious chocolate sunflower ice cream. I really enjoy Rizzo's. It's an excellent place for families and large groups. The food is traditional Italian—nothing too unusual, but it’s always good. However, that’s not the main reason I keep coming back. Last night, we went for Jamz Wednesdays, which offered half-priced wine. We sat on the terrace and got to listen to Scott, Greg, and Rob from the Clarks, making the evening even more fun. The food featured the classic Italian recipes we love, and it’s always a blast to hang out with friends here.

My Go-to Italian place. As another reviewer mentioned, the atmostphere is a bit dated, but I love the food here. Love their sauce. I don't think I've ever had anything I didn't like, and family and friends enjoy coming here as well. The portions are huge, and I always end up with leftovers for another meal or two. Favorites are meatball or chicken parmesan. Some of the seasonal dishes I've tried have been excellent as well. I've been here many times, and with few exceptions, the service has been good as well. If I had one critique, it would be that they need slightly larger drink glasses. The glasses are so small, that when filled with ice you don't actually get much to drink and end up wait...

Rizzo's Malabar Inn Restaurant Review. The Malabar Inn of Rizzo is one of the best preserved secrets of Western Pennsylvania. Located in the heart of the small landscape town of Crabtree, the Defabo family has been offering its distinct Italian taste for the last 50 years.
