"John Mulls is honestly the best BBQ spot in Vegas and honestly the best BBQ I've ever had! There has not been a single item on the menu that I haven't fallen in love with. Chuck really knows how to ensure everything he cooks is loaded with tons of delicious flavor! On top of that everyone who works there is always so genuinely friendly and happy to be there! Plus the weekend performers are also a great touch that really adds to the amazing ambiance! I love that he has been added to the Las Vegas Historical Landmark Registry and is in the running to be USA Today's top Butcher shop in the country! Chuck and his team deserve the best and deserve to win! Thanks for the great times and the great food! We will be back soon for more!!"

Love yall food but can't come as often as I'd like because it's triple degree weather in the summertime and although you offer free ice cold water, standing in line is torture! What happened to the misters??? Or even give us some kind of shade so our legs don't burn off while we wait?

The baked mac and cheese beans are tasty, but the portion sizes are small for the price. I ordered a slab of ribs, and they were dry and unpleasant. The sides were actually much better than the main dish. Additionally, the meat served here doesn’t match the succulent quality shown on Instagram.

First of all went on July 4th which was crazy. Waited 2 hours to get 1 plate. I feel they were short staffed and not organized. Food was great when you get it. They were making huge orders instead of dividing some orders just to take care of the 1 platers. Went for lunch and ended up with dinner. Also they should of had misting stations. Voir le carte

Update: Still fantastic!!! Absolutely the best BBQ in Las Vegas! The ribs fall off the bone, juicy and flavorful.. Mac n cheese, yams, greens, and potato salad are all DELICIOUS! But that corn bread though ‍ so, so, so, so, so good! Great , friendly service. Clean bathrooms and cute lil picnic tables. Treat yourself to the peach gobbler! Will definitely visit again while in Vegas.

Of the many BBQ options in Las Vegas, we chose this place based on reading some positive reviews. We found most of the meat to be only average and the brisket to be awful; but the side dishes were good. We 've certainly had much better BBQ meals that didn 't require driving so far off the beaten track. This place doesn 't even have tri-tip ever day of the week. Additionally, there 's no indoor restaurant and so we were forced to sit at covered picnic tables in the 110 degree outdoor heat. On the plus side, their portions are large.

The cornbread was really delicious, and the burnt ends were great too. The BBQ sauce was quite good. The service was fantastic, up until I got to the meat counter. The young man working there, who looked to be in his twenties and was wearing his hat backwards, could benefit from a little more humility. However, the service staff were very polite. I drive in from Mesquite regularly and thought I would give them another try. This is my third visit, but the food doesn’t seem to taste the same anymore. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners at different times, and they were very pleasant. Wishing them all the best! Voir le carte

I've noticed that the mac and cheese has changed recently. I visited three times within a month, hoping my taste buds might be off, but unfortunately, that's not the case. The mac and cheese now tastes less of paprika and is much drier than I remember. The smoked chicken was also disappointing — it was incredibly dry. While the owners are friendly and put in a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly, it seems that something has shifted in the kitchen. Even the tri-tip and burnt ends tasted different. I wish them all the best, but I'm finding it hard to justify a 35-minute drive for food that no longer meets my expectations.

Well first time here and was disappointed. We were excited to try it out. Wait was not bad. When placing order and was hoping they would let me order the kind of brisket slices I wanted( that’s how we can do it back home in Texas) I just wanted a good marble piece. I was told I get what they put in your plate. Well what we got was very thin, dried and what was at the end of the pan. I’m use to them slicing the brisket when you order it.Brisket had good flavor but Would not order brisket again. The rib tips were good. Mac and cheese was good. The potato salad was ok. Maybe it was an off day for them. I’ll learning the hard way, just need to stick to the husband bbq , he would never tell me no...
