"I had a morning appointment on Liberty Ave and decided to stop in for breakfast afterwards. I noticed a special offering 2 eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast for under $7 so I had to give it a try. The restaurant had a cozy neighborhood diner vibe, and the seating was accommodating despite being on the smaller side. The wait staff was quick, efficient, and personable. I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching my food being cooked to perfection by Rocky, who was also chatting with locals about Steeler news. The stools were a bit shorter than usual, which was great for shorter individuals like myself. The breakfast was delicious and paired perfectly with a couple of cups of coffee. The restaurant provided everything you needed at the bar tables, including hand sanitizer, salt, pepper, Heinz ketchup, hot sauce, sugar, creamer, and grape jelly. The atmosphere was friendly, with some customers engaging in conversation while others enjoyed a quiet breakfast while scrolling through their phones. The menu was straightforward with a few specials and a la carte options available at affordable prices. The tables were clean and tidy, and there was even a small collection of movies and music for sale, including classics in VHS, DVD, CDs, and cassette tapes. Parking was available in front for a standard fee, with the possibility of finding a spot on a side street if you're lucky."

Rocky’s Cafe is a no frills diner with a simple menu. The place is great if you’re just looking for a decent breakfast for a good price. This place is cash only and the ATM on site does not always work.

Rocky's was a very cool little corner diner in Bloomfield. No idea how long it has been there, but judging by the stools quite a while. The local regulars that were there definitely made it a better place. Service was good with good basic food. Voir le carte

My friend and I visited this restaurant and, without prompting, the owner went on a bizarre and lengthy political rant for three minutes straight. Feeling uncomfortable, we decided to leave without ordering. Additionally, the restaurant only accepts cash and the ATM was not working. For a diner-style atmosphere in Bloomfield, I recommend trying Ritter's down the road, where I have never encountered any issues.

The food was excellent along with the service, it's small place but we were able to get a table without too much fuss.The atmosphere for my young family was great and the stuff was fantastic.I almost didn't come here because of the one star reviews but it seems they were left by people with an axe to grind as the owner seems to have a political view opposite of what the young hipsters who live in this area align with.It's a great place to stop for breakfast if your in the area with your family.
