"It was great to find this place! I had just finished a long morning of hiking and walking around South Knoxville, and I wanted something quick and healthy for lunch. Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community myself this place truly appealed to me. I walked in and was at first surprised to find so many youths hanging out there, but then it dawned on me what a wonderful gesture that is for youths of all background to have such a safe space in Knoxville, which is known to be a more conservative city. Not long after entering I was greeted in a friendly manner. I placed an order for an LGBT (lettuce, guacamole, bacon, tomato) sandwich and a matcha latte. I then sat in a comfy booth. My drink arrived fairly quickly. I have never had a matcha latte before and quickly found out it wasn't my cup of tea (pun intended). I don't blame the cafe for this, as I wanted to try new things while on vacation! The sandwich arrived, and it was served on a warm, flaky, buttery croissant. It was DELICIOUS! The cafe itself is clean and inviting. It is also huge. I didn't feel like I needed to rush out of there and took my time planning out my next stops for my trip. I will return here the next time my travels take me to Knoxville!"

"Not the matzo! Overall I love potchke and have had great food there, but I’ve also had some so so food too. Last time I went I had the matzo ball soup and a tomato pie babka. The soup, at $12 wasn’t even a full bowl of soup! It was half full at best with one big ball of matzo. Overall the flavor was a little bland to me. While the tomato pie babka was really tasty, I didn’t realize I was going to get only a 1/2 babka that had been sitting on top of the case for everyone to breathe on all day! I think they could have done better, given that I’ve had better from them before."

"We got there at 12:15 we didn’t get out food until 2pm, then they told us “the coffee here is terrible so go next store to jacks and get a coffee or lattes there” jacks was great btw. The service was terrible, the food was subpar and then the service was horrible. Don’t come here for brunch. No idea if dinner is better but brunch today was horrific in all aspects. We also were berated by a homeless man in the restaurant while we were sitting waiting for our meal. Overall -10/10."

"The biscuit was tasty..... but why was it so small..... and why only one..... bread is cheap.... surely you can do better than one dinky biscuit..... my chicken breast was under-done still having some “red” next to the bones..... the tiny chicken wing was embarrassing.... we joked about it..... jeeeeezzzzzzzz....... I compared my meal to the chicken I get at Chandler’s in Knoxville...... y’all can benefit from Seeing what they do.... I may try your restaurant again, but we’ll see....."
