"Growing up in Baltimore and Washington, DC, I’ve eaten my fair share of seafood. This is a simple, traditional seafood restaurant with all the SF regional seafood specialties that you would expect to find. It was exactly what I was looking for! I ordered a (Dungeness crab cake dinner. While very different, the crab cakes were as good as my mom's Maryland crab cakes (let’s not tell her though, OK? , and the local sourdough bread and Sauvignon Blanc wine added that extra something. The service was friendly and attentive, too. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic, fuss-free seafood restaurant in the Fisherman’s Wharf area of SF!"

Decent spot amongst all the tourist joints. The crab cocktails are the star here. Grab one.

"The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was calm, with a San Francisco police officer at the bar."

We always eat here whenever we are in San Francisco. We love the peel and eat prawns and the clams. This restaurant is a solid spot for seafood.

Exactly what you would expect, great street seafood, and entertaining hijinks happening while you eat. Ordered fish and chips (great), fried shrimp (great) and clam chowder (very good). Also very reasonably priced. Voir le carte

We had a perfect lunch on a cold, rainy day at this restaurant. We sat at the counter and enjoyed a delicious lobster roll and some of the best oysters we've ever had. The service was amazing and we can't wait to go back.

we tried this place a few weeks ago, we waited outside for about 20-30 minutes and ordered a lobster roll. the service was fast, but it was a busy day, so had to find sitting everywhere. the lobster was good, had a lot of filling.

Great place for meal, family friendly yet have a nice bar. Foods great and very flavourful. Choose by accident as the original place we looked for was full. Ate here as a great surprise. The clam chowder is a must, everyone definitely ordered that. Price reasonable as well. Now i won't think of having any other seafood restaurants by the harbour when i get back Voir le carte

calamari was cold, slender, pampered and just disgusting. lobster roll was also a complete disappointment. the lobster itself was ice-cold and prefabricated. the crab was in order.? but the door to the restaurant was open and the design made the butter and garlic sauce almost immediately solidify and was extremely difficult to eat cold. the pommes were the best I ordered and I can get better and cheaper at mcdonalds.

This is one of my go-to places at Fisherman's Warf. We've been coming here for the Cioppino and Clams Bordelaise for the last 20 years. My wife and I love this place and have shared this venue with all our friends and family. Our kids love their spaghetti plate, and now that they're teenaged boys, they love the Chicken Parmigiano, too. The servings are plentiful, and if you are looking for clam chowder, this is a great spot.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
