While the food was pretty good, service was on the slow side. Most notable, the place needs a facelift. Feels a grungy. Bathroom needed attention—like soap!

Everything was good! It would have been Great.. if we didn’t have to wait 35 minutes to be seated Even though we had reservations, the hostess went to work the bull and forgot about us .

The managers are awesome but you have to be ready for the environment there's nothing wrong with the people that run this place but the environment sometimes take a little getting used to Voir le carte

Absolutely horrible Birthday Brunch for a friend's Bday. Food was disgusting cold, not cooked all the way and no flavor plus took over an hour to get it. Service is slow and they weren't that busy. Do not waste your time coming here for brunch.

Service was less than stellar. Ordered bottomless mimosas and **** Marys. Great deal if the wait staff comes by to get an order more than once every 10-15 minutes. Total waste of money. I ordered the BLT with avocado. The entire sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon! The 2 was not a mistake. One half had one piece and the other had one piece. I wanted to ask if this was correct, but would have had to wait another 10-15 minutes before I could ask and I was starving. So I ate it. Great sandwich if you like iceberg wedge salad.

We had a reservation for 13 after 10 min we finally got a drink order, then no one came back to our table for an hour. Empty beer bottles and empty water glasses sat at our table for the entire 2 1/2 hours it took for us to get our food. The food was cold and the service and even the manager just didn't seem to care. What a shame. Hamburgers were like leather and the beef dip had about 3 pieces of meat that was like beef jerky. They were out of 4 of their side orders you choose from for your meal. They weren't even busy such a shame because the bull ridding was fun. They need to clean house and hire people who care about their customers. Voir le carte

it was my daughter 22nd birthday, a reservation made no difference, we sat the worst in the situation, music away too loud! this place used to have country music, it was 80’s music and it was terrible! 30 minutes to get chips and guacamole! After complaining to the waitress, he came out and said I'm sorry, the presentation was terrible, the bowl was 1/2 full of guacamole, chips not even covered the plate. the mgr was really not outrageous and just sadly said that I didn't believe him. eating was terrible and we knew that would not be better! for a birthday party it was terrible, I will never go back and in the customer service and food industry for over 35 years I will never recommend this r...

Unfortunately my group of friends and I did not enjoy our experience at Sadddle Ranch Costa Mesa. For how much staff and how not crowded the restaurant was, we received very poor service. We waited over an hour for our food and were not attended to very often considering it was Sunday brunch. We were seated on the patio and fully understand there were two large parties on the patio, but the manager only had one server helping the two parties and us, with each table having more than 15 people (we had 5) while inside was empty.
