"We had a wonderful experience at Saddle Ranch! Our server, Karen, was incredibly attentive and sweet. Unfortunately, my friend forgot her ID, and Karen informed us that she couldn't serve us until it was presented. We completely understood the situation, but my friend was really enjoying the Ranch Mai Tai, so she went home to retrieve her ID. While we waited, Karen kindly offered to hold our food order until my friend returned and frequently checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. She was just so nice! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. My friend ordered a BBQ burger and absolutely loved it, while I had the filet mignon and the roasted garlic toast (which had an extra charge), and I found it to be delightful! The food and drinks were spectacular. We rate it a 10/10 and will definitely be back!"

The food was fantastic as usual! Our server seemed overwhelmed and ended up tending to tables that belonged to another server. Despite that, we’re definitely planning to eat here again!

Everything was amazing. We have an 18 month old and haven’t been going out much due to covid. I expressed my concerns when we got there and they were so accommodating to me and my family. Will definitely be back.

Service was fast and friendly. As there is only outdoor dining currently, it was a bit loud. Was not a fan of being seating next to the fire pit, because it was lit for make your own s’mores after our food had already arrived. The temp was 85. The food was very good, the only negative was their creamed corn side dish. It was just corn in cream/milk and not thick as one would be expecting. Voir le carte

The overall service was slow. Despite having reservations, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The only reason I’m giving additional stars is because of our server, Nicole, who was very pleasant. The food and drinks took a while to arrive, but Nicole's cheerful attitude made the wait more bearable. The staff, including the manager, did their best. The food was good, but the drinks were a bit lacking in strength.

Patio is beautiful but food especially steaks are over priced. Daughters ordered ribeye was announced as sirloin and I think it was sirloin but they of course charged us the ribeye. Filet mignon was just ok. My sons prime rib was way too fatty but flavor was good Not worth the nice ambiance. Service was ok to good , never bought hot sauce though we asked twice. Never saw manager walking around asking if everything was ok which is a sign .
