"I had the corned beef hash skillet, and my friend ordered the fig and goat cheese omelette, adding bacon for an extra flavor boost. Wow! The combination of sweet figs, the grainy and slightly bitter taste of the goat cheese, and the savory elements created a unique taste and texture. We also tried the harvest pancake from Oklahoma City, which was decent but nothing particularly special. As for the hash browns, they were exactly as expected: hash-y and brown. Don't be too disappointed! My coworkers raved about the Tuscan omelette, and it looked absolutely delicious."

"We thought they have good reviews and decided to try. However, if I am in my twenty’s I would give them a slight better review. After trying out lots of different foods in different price point, I don’t think they are worth 4 stars.First of all they sushi we order are very well cooked, I don’t except my salmon on top of the roll are fully cooked. Is that tailored to Chinese that just arrived the US or never eaten raw food before.Second, We told the waitress we don’t want all you can eat sushi, that they put a lot of rice on. So we hope to have good quality foods. The rolls are still hard with a lot of rice. The of the sushi rolls take only like the sauce not the food.Third, the waitress said:” I already TOLD YOU!” As she brings out the sushi and lightly mumble the name of the sushi. We at the time not sure what sushi is it comparing the sushi to the food photos we saw. If it is a cheap and low reviews restaurant, we wouldn’t expect too much. However, this restaurant has good reviews at Yelp and Google. I think people should aware the fact of what we experienced today."

"Sat outside front dining area was nice. What we saw of the interior was nice, very inviting ambiance. Was pretty crowded but it was Friday. Our servers were super nice and did a great job. Everyone very friendly and made us feel at home. The green chili soup was fantastic. Cobb salad was also very well done. We recommend and would go back for sure."

"wonderful! my wife and I ended a date close, and yiayia showed on Google cards as an outside seat. there is a series of tables front, shaded by the overhang and well through the walkway. Note that the menu some of when the photos are published on the reviews. her current menu is on her website and still has many variety. my wife slept with the patty and I had the jalapenoburger. the jalapeno was fresh, not picked. we both chose the egg limonz soup, which is good and not strongly salted, and the fruit that was sweet and served in a generous part. waiting them personal is very friendly, and the manager makes regular rounds to ensure that customers have what they need. we will definitely be back, and will recommend friends."

"Regarding Peet’s Coffee (Downtown Downers): Very upsetting experience at Peet’s today. I am always visiting friends in Chicago, so today a friend decided to visit me in Downers. I brought her to Peet’s for coffee and to see our downtown. Within 10 minutes of sitting and getting ourselves settled, the manager asked if we were waiting for someone. We kindly replied no and he said he was just checking in. I did not see him approach any other patrons. About 10 minutes later, my friend and I had decided on purchasing some waters to start, and were looking over the different coffees. The manager approached our table once more and asked if we’d be buying anything. I asked if this was a requirement, and if there was signage we’d missed and he said no, but “this is a business”, and he’s running a business so we can’t just sit here. He also informed us that “Peet’s is cracking down on college students”. (I and my friend are about 10 years post college, but thanks for the compliment) For an establishment where half of the staff is wearing political statements on their aprons, it surprises me that “cracking down on college students” and turning away those who take a little longer to pick a coffee is so high on the list of tasks. Very odd and non hospitable behavior that I wouldn’t expect of any business, yet alone a neighborhood coffee shop. I recommend visiting Starbucks across the tracks (staff is friendly and inviting), or getting on the train to Chicago for a unique, inviting cafe visit in the future. The manager has done a terrific job of making sure my business does not return."
