My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this property! All hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They placed us in a quiet room with an ocean view and treated us extra special when they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The property is in a great location! We enjoyed a morning walk with the Naturalist and the food on property was great! We had a great stay!

My family visited The Ritz for Mother's Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The spa was very relaxing and offered plenty of amenities to enjoy, such as lounging by the pool, sitting in the jacuzzi, using the steam room and sauna, and reading in the quiet room. We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz. The rooms are incredibly charming and the service is impeccable! Every aspect of the space caters to relaxation. One of the highlights for us was our experience in one of the poolside cabanas. Maria, the associate that took care of us there was warm, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for our family. She was especially charming with our toddler! We will be back for sure!

We absolutely love this restaurant. The service is outstanding, the facilities are excellent, and the location is beautiful. The standout feature for us was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. While it is on the pricier side, the staff truly makes you feel like royalty during your visit. We even spotted a few celebrities while we were there! We highly recommend the Ritz Amelia Island.

We had a fabulous weekend getaway at the Ritz. We enjoyed being papered with full spa treatments, scrumptious meals, delicious desserts and full bar. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very attentive. We topped the evening off enjoying listening to the waves crash against the sand from our balcony. We stayed here recently and it was absolutely the finest resort we have ever been to! The resort and the grounds are exquisite! The staff was amazing! The kids had a blast as well. There were tons of great activities the staff put together including, a shark teeth find and smores by a campfire. We can't wait to get back for another visit again soon. To all the staff and management at Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, thank you for making one of our most memorable family vacations ever!!!

This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Beautiful resort!!! Amazing for children. Extensive kids activities with Ritz kids and a beautiful fun splash pad. We had a great time and rooms are lovely. We can't wait to go back. Josie at the club lounge makes you feel at home. ;

I cannot give this hotel enough stars. It is absolutely beautiful and the service is unmatched. Alison, our waitress by the pool, was amazing, especially with my 6 and 4 year old niece and nephew. Joe was also fantastic, taking care of everything from cleaning sunglasses to wrangling snakes! On the club level, Joni and Kathy went above and beyond to provide me with special dietary options and were just overall wonderful people. The rest of the staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well stocked. Jojo gave me a much-needed massage, and the spa facilities were luxurious and spotless.
