"So if they want you to eat hot, they have to pick it up. put them in an order to deliver, and it was delivered later than the time I was given online. I called to check my order and was told that it was in the process of delivery. my order arrived and all my foods were warm. I called and was told there's nothing they can do. they will not take back my order so I will pick up. I was also told that I shouldn't expect my order to be hot. that all seems to be just not right. I ordered before and pizza was delivered hot. very disappointed by eating and customer service."

Ordered food @8:30pm promise time estimated 9:20pm. Called at 9:50pm to inquire where my order was, I was told 5-10 minutes away they were really busy. My food was finally delivered at 10:28pm Cold, Fries Were cold and soggy from condensation. End result me being Hangry and throwing away $28 worth of food. Really poor service

Awful service. Food was gross delivered and hour and 45 mins after ordering. Lady working there answering phones was super rude. And shouldnt work in customer service. sams has a good pizza and the bonus is always the buy one get a free pizza option that makes it very cost-effective if they have a large group or family. I give the food 5 stars, but this special restaurant in the atmosphere a 3, there are very little sitting opportunities and the decor feels like they could take care of less about each.
