Loved this place, but when I called on 5/15/21, the recording said they were temporarily closed... The message referred us to Bisbee's Table, same owners, open 11 7 daily

The quality of the food can be quite inconsistent; sometimes it’s excellent, while other times it falls short. The service is also very slow. Unfortunately, the restaurant is now out of business and has been closed since 2022.

The food here is mediocre and lacks authenticity, especially considering it's just 10 minutes from Mexico and there are many talented Mexican cooks in the area. I wish they would make an effort to serve authentic dishes. Perhaps not cooking the food on-site contributes to the lack of quality. Voir le carte

Wow! I think I've just discovered my new favorite Mexican restaurant in the world! Seriously! The braided short rib taco bowl was incredible! Even the beans and rice were perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, making our visit to Bisbee a standout moment of our trip! Bravo!

The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is polite, and the service is quick. I ordered the chicken fajitas, while my friend chose the chicken mole. Both dishes were quite tasty. Just a heads-up: if you're not a fan of various spices, you might want to skip the mole—it's the brown sauce in the second photo.

This restaurant is open for Dine-in service, although you need to wait here at the right time to avoid waiting. My wife had the green fools while I had the chimichanga. The food was great. For those of you who like mild salsa, you could ease yourself in eating their chips and salsa. My wife thought the salsa was on the hot side while I thought it was a notch over mild. Voir le carte

Top 2 on my list of favorite Mexican restaurants. The famous braised beef tacos lived up to the name. In a party on 9, fine got something different and everything was top notch. The highlight was easily the molcajete (sp? . It came out bubbling and delicious. The wait staff was super cool and attentive as well which really rounded out an all around excellent dining experience. Highly recommended!

Little Restaurant BIG Flavor My friends and I were I Tombstone, and Santiago's was recommended to us by the owner of a local wine shop. And let me tell you the folks at Santiago's did not disappoint. I ordered the Zacatecas special, which is basically a sampler, and it came with one of the best fish tacos I've ever had in my ENTIRE life. Would definitely recommend to anyone stopping through Bisbee.

Hidden jewel in the little town of Bisbee. Santiagos delivers great food, service and an impressive selection of tequila and other spirits. First the food, was delicious. I tried the Mol Enchiladas, fish taco, pulled pigs taco, Fajitas, and shrimp cocktail. Everything was well cooked and delivered. Second, the service was always great. The bartender Chris is legit and secular. It comes from the northeast and complements the entire atmosphere. The waitresses I also had were always very nice and spot on. They are fast and provide great service. Finally, the spirit selection is phenomenal. I think they have more than 60 different types of tequila. You even have the good stuff like Don Juilo and...
