Staff were fantastic. I don't think we picked the right items as the sushi had a lot of rice. It seemed like most people were getting the special rolls, which looked much better. The Inari was the stand out for me. It was quite pricey for the standard rolls, but the fish tasted fresh.

The food here is quite good, and the restaurant is located in a charming little plaza with pleasant service. However, if you're seated near the bathroom, the unpleasant odor can detract from the overall experience. This is something they could easily address. Who would have thought that such a fresh and authentic sushi experience was just a few miles away from us in South OC? The staff at Sashimi were warm and welcoming, particularly the owner and sushi chef, who greeted us, skillfully prepared our sashimi, engaged with the kids, and even treated us to some extra slices of bluefin and o-toro nigiri. The entire experience was exceptional, and the sushi was outstanding—beyond our expectations!

As always, the service was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere, which is why we keep coming back! Plus, they were playing football, making it the perfect setting. Sushi and football are the best combination! My fiancé and I ordered The Tower, a secret menu item that we were fortunate enough to name ourselves. Every time we order it, it brings us such joy that we end up ordering even more. I wholeheartedly recommend this dish, as well as their fresh salmon and tuna sashimi.
