old school home made awesomeness! the personal is also amazing! everything is hot, fresh delicious! loves the salatable, roasted chicken!

When we first entered, we noticed video gambling machines and a full bar. To get to the dining area, we had to walk to the other side of the room.

This place is wonderful. The atmosphere and the decor are soothing. The sausages were like homemade family style, so good. The pierogis were also great. It was a ways to travel but worth it.

We have been coming here for their delicious buffet for over thirty years and even though we moved to Iowa many years ago, we try to always come here when we are back in the area. So many wonderful memories were made here!!

Was in town for a family reunion from Colorado and my Chicago family had nothing but amazing things to say about this place and boy were they right! Authentic, delicious Polish food. The blintzes, perogi’s and potato pancakes were my favorite. I’m only bummed we don’t live closer!! Voir le carte

I haven't been here for a few years and eating was really excellent. they had apfel Nagasaki/Krepes, and the potato pancakes are excellent. they have kartoffelpierogi, which I prefer to weed, although their sour wort is really sharp. the chicken is great. beautiful selection at desserts and soft serve.

so glad we had a chance at this place and tried something else. the hotel is located next to the tourist away, but stayed in oak park and was only 15 minutes away. not sure the device has changed here in 50 years. brings her back to the early 1960s, but eating is like what her grandmother would cook if she was Polish. here on a Saturday evening and buffet was open 4-8. many entree choices that should be able to please all. Great food. Owner staff are very personable. You can't get food like this at too many other places anymore. I absolutely love those vintage neon signs outside the colorful neon along the ceiling. This place reminds me of the old days when their would be an orchestra playing as patrons sit around at candleit tables, women coming to the table offering cigars cigarettes people dancing on the dance floor. But that was before my time. Gems like this from the past are hard to find closing at a rapid pace. Do your part help keep them running!
