"Poor food and service today. Usually love it. But today the server was more interested in visiting than service and the food was cold. Asked for a remake and they scraped out the insides of the food and re-served it in a different egg omelet outside. The bacon was too tough to eat. I politely paid my bill anyway and left without eating it. It's sad that it was such a poor experience today it's one of my favorite breakfast places. It will be awhile before I will go back. "We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our server, Chloe, was excellent—very friendly and efficient. Despite it being a busy Friday night at 6 PM, we didn’t have to wait for anything. My husband ordered the Chicken Pot Amazing with coleslaw and absolutely loved it; he claimed it was the best chicken pot pie he has ever tried! I had the Mac and Cheese topped with brisket and tomato jam, along with a side salad. The side salads here are outstanding, especially with the white balsamic dressing. The Mac and Cheese was also delightful, with just the right touch of smokiness. The portions were generous, and we truly enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Thank you for a fantastic dinner, Antlers!"

"August 13,2022 Dinner 8:30pm What can I say absolutely nothing good. This was once our favorite place to eat for a really good meal. NOT ANYMORE!!! They must be under new ownership because the woman who owned this would have never aloud this behavior totake place. We came in to pick up our usual order of Baked Rigatoni.The staff was rude and to busy holding hands and playingkissy face to attend to the customers. We wait twenty minutes for an order that only takes 15 minutes. The take home orders atone time were bursting open with food?one of the many reasons we loved this place. NOT TODAY!!! My order had 15 noodles, no meatin the sauce and barely any cheese. Chef Boyardee out of the can would have been better. OH, IT GETS WORSE!!! I called in to letthem know about the order and see what they could do to rectify this matter. When I called the young lady who answered the phonewas very polite when I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, she forgot to mute the line so I heard the staff saying?put it on speakerphone so we all can hear, get there name so we can SPIT in their food?.I won?t repeat the rest as you would bejust as offended as I was. When the manager got on the line and I explained you should really have your staff put the phone onhold so the customer can not hear their snide remarks. He did not even respond, apologize or try to rectify the matter. Insteadhe said ?so what?s your problem? which is extremely unprofessional. When I explained our order was lacking it?s usually amazingluster he simply said ? we are busy it?s not our fault you didn?t get enough to eat?. THEN PROMPTLY HUNG UP THE PHONE! Actuallysir that is your fault. As pleasing the customer is what keeps your customers coming back and your business afloat. I will notbe recommending this restaurant to anyone in fact I will be telling them to avoid it!!!
