"Just wondering if there has been a management change? I have loved Shadi's all the way back to when i lived in methuen.Ordered takeout last night and it was not good,80$ for food.The price is fine but quality did not correspond.The steak and cheese was tiny had hardly any cheese and was very dry.The kibbe balls seem to have been layed out on a sheetpan then microwaved to order,also very dry.My kids noticed the syrian bread was not very fresh.The grapeleaves were good and my wifes salad was good i would like to note,but how hard is it to make a salad.If you cannot get that right u need to shut the doors.As a prior kitchen manager i was very disappointed and wonder if quality would have been better dining in.I know in this day its getting harder and harder to get good takeout but if this becomes the norm ill be cooking at home more often.Hope this was just a fluke but not too excited about rushing back."

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with delicious, authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The shawarma was outstanding and the service was excellent. I can't wait to return for another meal.

My family has been coming here over 20 years. The food is authentic Lebanese, consistent and delicious. Nothing compares to their hummus and Haddock Taratoor. We’ve dined here and had many family parties here and have never been disappointed.

I have to say, out of all the local restaurants in North Andover, Shadi's stands out as top-notch. The beautiful lighting and subtle music really add to the overall aesthetics. The service from the staff and bartenders is exceptional. It's truly amazing to be greeted by the family owners who are such wonderful people. The food is incredibly fresh and they offer a wide variety of Lebanese and American cuisine. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Voir le carte

My family has been going here since I can remember. I usually only get to eat here when I come visit. Recently, I moved up to the New England area about two hours away. I’ve still never found a restaurant that serves real, authentic, Lebanese home cooking. I drove two hours just to get food from here yesterday?. So if you’re Lebanese, this place is home; and if he just like trying food from other cultures, this place is authentic! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

It seems like a new addition, as I had called earlier in the week to make a reservation. Luckily, we were able to secure one when the restaurant was bustling on Saturday at 5:30. The cold mezze dishes were fresh, delicious, and plentiful for the four of us. We also enjoyed a tasty za'atar flatbread. For seafood lovers, the haddock taratoor is a must-try as the fish was moist and flavorful. Our group also tried lamb, steak tips, and kafta, all of which received high praise.
