If you're the type that eat a lot of meats veggies then it is prob best to go to an ayce hotpot place. They charged for the broths, sauce bar for each individual, drinks and each item. Broth flavor and food quality are 5/5 and there's a huge selection of complimentary snacks, dessert soups, and a large selection of choices to make your own sauce. Broth: Spicy Broth is super flavorful and actually spicy. If you can't handle heat, I'd recommend getting mild. My favorite place to eat spicy hotpot in LA! Here are a few reasons why I love this place: 1. The spicy soup base is so bomb depending on how I'm feeling that day AND how I want to feel that night (if you know what I mean), I either get the mild or medium spicy. Very flavorful! 2. Came here for dinner for 2 Came on a Friday night. Parking can be tough if the restaurant is hopping. They have a lot in the front and back of the restaurant. If both are filled, we have worked in the neighborhood in the past. Not sure if it's legal but we had no issues. Environment: the restaurant is sectioned out into 3 spaces. Came here Monday at 1200, and beat the rush of patrons. At that time, there weren't any English speaking waiters. So there wasn't anyone to walk us through, explain certain dishes, or answer any questions. It's not difficult to figure out but it would've been nice to have any questions answered. Such a beautiful restaurant! I was looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience. My friend recommended we come here and it was exactly what I was searching for.
