The broth was exceptional, making it a top-notch bowl of ramen. The pork belly was incredibly tasty as well.

The food was good with a great flavor. Overall I'm not a huge fan of ramen and probably won't return. But I had to try because of good reviews. It was on the pricey side for what you get. I'm a big pho fan.

Food was good but we had to drive here 30 min so for the drive not necessarily worth it. The pickled cucumbers were very bland and salty would not order. The ambiance was nice. When my friend and I arrived, there were a few tables seated, but the dining room filled up quickly. Service was very quick and friendly. I ordered the Satsuma Tonkotsu it was fresh and flavorful. Perfectly sized portion. My friend had the Pork Katsu Donburi, which was also well seasoned and tasty. We shared an order of gyoza. I would definitely dine here again to try their other dishes.

Came here and was immediately seated at a table for two on a Sunday night without reservations. The service was friendly and the restaurant wasn't too loud. You could definitely have a conversation over dinner. The Ramen was incredible plenty of noodles and pork. I got the spicy miso added to my broth for 2$ and think it's worth it Also got the lemonade which is fresh squeezed in house and it was delicious with my spicy ramen Would go again, felt very authentic and while a little expensive i think it's worth it Voir le carte

Absolutely the best Ramen in all of South Florida. Amazing prompt and friendly service as always. I haven't been here in a long time so it was wonderful to see this place maintaining its shine after so many years. Great music and happy employees make the vibe a nice place to hang out. They also have boba tea now Need to come back more often because it's obvious why people drive from far and wide to this establishment. Closest to Kagoshima on this side of the world P.S as always , when the food is amazing , I always forget to take pics (next time)

This is a great ramen spot in Davie with lots of options for appetizers, ramen, and boba! To start I tried the Takoyaki and Crispy Shrimp, both of which were absolutely delicious! The shrimp was coated in a unique batter I've never tried before, which gave it an almost sweet flavor that complemented the spicy mayo perfectly. The takoyaki was a stand-out for me, fried to perfection with perfectly cooked, fat chunks of octopus and a heap of bonito flakes on top. For entrees, my party all got the Kagoshima Special Ramen, a thick, rich tonkatsu broth base with perfectly soft-boiled eggs, crisp vegetables, and a massive portion of sliced pork belly. Literally. First time trying Shimuja Ramen and it will also be my last. My group of friends and I (total 7 people) showed up without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us, which I thought was great. However, our experience took a turn for the worst. It was really hot in the restaurant when we entered but we thought it was because we just came in and it 's Florida ‍. However, sitting there for 10 minutes, we still didn 't cool down and noticed that their thermostat said 84 degrees. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it just didn 't cool down yet, since none of the staff mentioned anything about it being hot or that the AC was not working.
