I don’t know how hard it is to get the right order when you only serve donuts and kolaches. And it’s all the time. And the lobby seems to never be open. Terrible customer service.

I had a really positive and quick experience! I ordered 24 donuts and 15 kolaches, and I received them in under 5 minutes. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! I'm very thankful for their excellent service!

Usually a nice place to go and get doughnuts. Service is sometimes lackluster. Today 2 signs that say OPEN. Go through the drive thru and the woman says I'm sorry I'm not serving any more people today. Just bad. Voir le carte

I'm not sure what happened to this place, but it has definitely changed. The food often tastes like it was prepared the day before, and they package the donuts in a way that causes all the frosting to stick to the paper. Additionally, the service quality varies significantly depending on who is working; sometimes you’re greeted with a friendly attitude, and other times it’s not so pleasant.

This was by far the worst Shipley's I’ve ever visited. I was very disappointed. They didn’t have any sprinkle donuts for the kids, and my sausage and cheese kolache barely had any cheese in it. The service was terrible; the staff was quite rude. We were just trying to enjoy our morning by sitting in the lobby, but after taking one bite of our donut, we were told to leave because we couldn’t sit inside. They had two hours left until closing. I really don’t understand why we weren’t allowed to finish our breakfast.

My experience here was quite chaotic. I requested a plain cake donut, not realizing that there are both plain donuts and cake donuts. The staff member confused me when she asked if I wanted plain donuts. I was left wondering if I was getting a cake donut. I suspect she might have been new, as she brought another staff member to the window, which only made things more confusing. To top it off, I got charged twice because they still didn’t understand my order. It’s really frustrating when you clearly state what you want, and the person repeats it back incorrectly.
