The service was poor. The tonkotsu soup at Blaze was thin and lacked depth of flavor. The pork belly bun was mediocre.

Food was good but nothing to write home about. A bit pricey for what you get but understandable due to the area it is located.

The staff are okay but the food is beyond delectable. The broad noodles are great and the drink selection is perfect. If the staff were nicer and there was more seating this place would be a hotspot Voir le carte

Got the spicy chicken ramen... got thin 2 French fry cut chicken pieces, broth and noodles. Paid about $16. It will be our first and last time visiting this place Your better off making this stuff at home with a ramen packet.

This location is simply a stand in the Veranda, so don't expect to dine indoors or have a server. However, if you're looking for quick veggie ramen to eat on the go, it's a great option. The veggie options are flavorful and comforting, especially on cold days. But please note that the veggie ramen is no longer vegan.

This restaurant is a total rip-off. We dined in and they brought me the incorrect order. Additionally, you have to assemble your own meal, yet there is still an option for tipping which is confusing. The food itself was of mediocre quality - the potstickers seemed to have been frozen before, and the chicken was comparable to dog food. What's even more insulting is that this whole experience cost nearly $20 for barely edible fast food. I am giving it 2 stars solely because the tonkatsu broth was decent, but I will never be returning.

Dont mind my name..Okay, Ive had many other ramen places (mainly out in San Jose) and I was craving some ramen after heading out of DnB. I was a bit skeptical of ordering it because what ramen has spinach and american brown mushroom and not woodears? I went for it since it was after 8pm. I ordered the classic ramen with pork and the soup base was absolutely bland, and it also makes you extremely thirsty. The meat was dry and most of them contains a lot of fat. Lastly, the noodles were obviously packaged and instant. PLEASE AVOID, I WISH I GOT A REFUND. ALSO, I ORDERED A SPRITE AND THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION TO ORDER FROM THEM LOL

The food at this restaurant is good, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I mistakenly placed an order at the wrong location (Sunset Blvd. in LA) and tried to call to correct the mistake. However, the phone line was consistently busy, indicating that someone was intentionally keeping it open without answering. Eventually, we made a separate order at the correct location, but when inquired about the first order at the sister location, we were told to contact Silverlake's helpline or fill out a form on their website, which proved to be unhelpful.
