Fresh and delicious! The street view seating added to the experience. The lamb and beef shawarma, as well as the falafel pita wrap, were both fantastic. I would definitely order this again!

A couple of points to note: when presented with the iPad for payment, the tip percentages start at 20%, 25%, and 30%. When did we decide to raise the minimums from 15% to 18% to 20%? Also, there isn't a designated seating area; you order and then pick up at the counter. The baklava had a nice texture, but it left an unusual aftertaste that wasn't quite to my liking.

I'll admit, I was hesitant after reading some of the lower reviews. But forget about it. This place is the real deal and worth it. Starving, I'd ordered to much food. Happily, I ate it all. And wish I had room to try everything. Perfect seasoning, fresh, clean, wonderful, authentic. The Turkish coffee is absolutely perfect. This was definitely some of the best food I've ever had. The lamb gyro was fantastic, and the portion size was more than enough! The service was incredibly friendly and fast. One of the staff even said, "See you again," and he couldn't have been more accurate—I'll definitely be back! I also really appreciate that they're open late. It's unfortunate to see a big city like Seattle become so quiet after 10 PM. I come from a Florida city that has an average age of 60, and it's still more vibrant at night than Seattle.

Sinbad Express is a gem in Fremont! I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing flavors of their shawarmas, the perfect consistency and taste of their hummus, and the baklava that's just as it should be. The owner's warmth and accommodating nature add a personal touch to the experience, making you feel right at home. Plus, the location is ideal, especially for those looking to grab a quick, affordable, authentic bite during lunch breaks or when you're out with friends at night. It's a must-visit spot for delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Ordered the chicken Gyro pita and the lamb/beef gyro plate. Both were tasty and flavourful, but didn’t have much meat in either. The meal is relatively decently priced, but okay value with how much protein you get. The Chicken Gyro was a little dry, but well spiced — the tzatziki was not evenly distributed and pooped heavily at the bottom instead of being a part of the whole sandwich. Everything tasted good but was a little off from what I’d rate 5 stars. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available, but parking in the area is only street parking and usually very busy.
