"I really hate leaving negative reviews but, We went with my father after a 9/11 memorial service.. food was overpriced, mediocre and staff with the exception of the hostess who seated us were VERY unpleasant, borderline outright rude. Service was minimally ok, although I found it very irritating that when paying the waitress stood behind me looking at the handheld device the entire time to see what we were tipping her, when I was trying to figure that out myself. I asked her to come back, she said ok and then never went anywhere, continued to stand behind me watching. I have worked as a server for several years and that Is one thing I would never do. It made me very uncomfortable and it absolutely affected her tip. On the way out the door another older waitress was cleaning off tables and not paying attention to where she was going and nearly barreled me down, then got a really nasty attitude with me for being in her way. When they had us move our table in the beginning to accommodate a larger party we didn't mind it, but the lack of professionalism in there is terrible, we will definitely NOT be returning"

Great Breakfast! Family enjoyed sunrise eggs Benedict, Omelette, chocolate chip pancakes, and a breakfast casserole. Great service, convenient location, great prices!

I love Skillets Naples Lely Resort. Been coming here since I was a little Rugrat. Great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the menu. I truly recommend stopping by Skillets Naples Lely Resort. I can't forget about the awesome guest service and also kindly and full of enthusiasm .

Always visit this place when go to Naples. Love the food, a huge choices menus. The services this time wasn't like always ,maybe because was a holiday and they were very busy. But I will be back .Vegetarian options: There are a choice for every one.Dietary restrictions: There are a choice for gluten free.
