Smashburger - Carte

I've been to this location maybe 3 times. Last night we went there just before 6pm and the food was picture perfect and tasted great! The service perfect and the restaurant was spotless!

The restaurant offers less than a quarter of the menu items available online. Charging nearly $12 for a fast food hamburger feels like outrageous overpricing! Paying $32 for 2 burgers, 1 fry, and 1 fountain drink is simply ridiculous!

Wow! I just ordered from here via DoorDash, and it was amazing! If you're considering trying this place, definitely go for it. The food is flavorful, fresh, and the portions are generous. I can't comment on the service since it was delivered, but overall, just order the food—it's incredible! Voir le carte

I had the Black Bean burger with tater tots. Both were delicious. I tried somebody else's Brussels Sprouts and they were good too. Better than Red Robin in my opinion. I got lemonade for my drink and so felt like this was a moderately healthy meal. Yeah, I know the tots probably weren't the healthiest, but sometime ya just gotta EAT!

Two burgers, one black bean. Sweet potato fries. Tots, Brussels sprouts, drinks. Monday at 2pm. We are middle aged. Good value. Great service. Fantastic Brussels sprouts (still have nutrition left in them not charred like other restaurants! The booths and tables were okay. Just looks worn down. We suggest it as a stop in St Charles instead of your standard fast food.

Our company voted to have Smashburger catered for our monthly employee lunch. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to, making our food cold, but they also forgot a big part of our order. They called and said they would deliver it in 10 minutes and they showed up an hour later after lunch was over. This is horrible service and I won't be ordering from here again. I definitely don't recommend using Smashburger to cater for your event. Voir le carte

This place is awesome the hamburgers are the best. I had the mushroom Swiss and talk about yummy. My guest had the double bacon which he loved to. Service was a little faster this time so that was nice. The place was also a bit cleaner so that made the meal more enjoyable. We have eaten here a few times and every time the food has been really good. The gentleman at the register is pleasant and friendly. We will definitely come back because the hamburgers are the best and the smash fries are very tasty. This is my opinion give it a try and make your own opinion.

It took me a little time to appreciate the smashed burger experience, but if you prefer your burger cooked well, you're out of luck. However, this location of the chain does a fantastic job with smashburgers, exceeding my expectations. The burger is surprisingly juicy rather than dry, and the fresh toppings elevate it to a classic. Don’t skip the bacon and cheese—they’re essential! The shoestring fries make for the perfect side—crunchy and delightfully salty. I've visited three times now, and each time, the service has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, clearly dedicated to ensuring a great experience, and it definitely shows. Overall, this place offers wonderful fast food...

I've driven by this restaurant a million times. It's never busy. Tonight I gave it a try. I ordered a single cheeseburger and a vanilla shake. The burger was small in my opinion, though I do prefer a larger bun to burger ratio when I eat a cheeseburger. Good flavor. No crispy edges that I love. It actually tasted like the burgers I make at home with steak seasoning. No condiments, neither did I request any. I guess you only get what you ask for. I was tempted to try the shoestring fries, but went with a milkshake instead. The shake tasted like a run-of-the-mill vanilla shake. I was the only customer besides the two boys in front of me who obviously knew the cashier. I might return for lunch... Voir le carte
