"Want to start off by saying that the food here is awesome and usually service here is fairly quick unless they are busy, which is completely understandable. Today, I called in an order and took my break from work and went over there to get food. When I got there, they were busy so I was expecting a little wait. However, I wound up spending my ENTIRE break waiting there and when I asked one lady how long it would be, she glanced over at me and then completely ignored me. The second employee I asked (who was nice and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience) walked over and grabbed my food for me, which had already been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. My coworker wound up having to stay late because I was unable to get back in time and the food was lukewarm by the time I got to eat. I have always loved the food here, but experiences like that make me not want to come back."

I really enjoy smash burgers. One small suggestion would be to thicken up your shakes and use a wider straw. ??

the one thing I'm looking for is a clean restaurant and the bathroom are clean, this place is always immaculate and the eating looks and tastes delicious so when they try it in the city, they will not be disappointed

my man and I visited on Saturday and I got a regular cheeseburger, while my man ordered the double chorizo burger. there was a small mix on the order and my eating was wrong, but they fixed it very quickly without problems! the burgers are really good and the tasty tickets were great. I could actually go back to order and eat only a big ticket. beautiful that we gave this place a try and I have some ideas how I want to build my burger in a future different. Voir le carte

My husband and I visited on Saturday and I got a regular cheeseburger while my husband ordered the double chorizo Burger. There was a little mix up on the order and my food was wrong, but they fixed it very quickly without any issues!The burgers are really good and the smash tots were awesome. I could honestly go back to just order a large tots and eat just that.Glad we gave this place a try and I have some ideas for how I'd like to build my burger differently in the future.

This restaurant is extremely slow even though they only offer burgers and fries on their menu. My wife and I had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, which ended up being cold by the time we received it. What was even more frustrating was the lack of attention from the staff. Another customer waited at the register for nearly 10 minutes before they noticed him. The workers in the open kitchen were joking around instead of preparing the food efficiently. This was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone. For a burger and fries, head to Five Guys down the highway instead.
