Smashburger - Carte

Had a coupon for bogo so I went and tried the wings. They were OK . Service is always a problem there but luckily I got my order within a reasonable time because they weren't too busy. I guess if I got another coupon I would go back but not otherwise.

This place used to be incredible but it's definitely gone down over the years. I ordered a burger and the cheese on it was completely burnt. I don't understand why anyone in their right mind would allow this to leave the kitchen, nobody seems to be doing quality control.

I've had fantastic burgers every time I've visited this restaurant, and I highly recommend it. Franizo is truly the standout of Smashburger. Her customer service was exceptional, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism. She definitely deserves a raise! I’m looking forward to coming back very soon. Voir le carte

I had the Double Avocado Bacon Club Burger and it's delicious!! The Smashfries are really good. My ultimate favorite is the strawberry shake with whipped cream. This location in Centennial area is very clean and inviting, and the service is very friendly. This is one of my burger joints to visit when I'm in the area.

This franchise ain't as good as others. I got 4 onion rigs for $3.39, that's almost 1 per dollar. And they were over cooked without any finding of onion. Burger buns were stale and lost their softness. Though the ingredients was fresh and tasty. Smash fries didn't have any truffle oil possibility unlike other locations.

I decided to give this restaurant another chance and ordered the same burger as before, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The burger was overcooked again, very dry, and the cheese was hard and unappetizing. No amount of coupons or free food can compensate for consistently poor quality, and this is the second time I've experienced this! Please ensure your staff is properly trained, or consider closing the restaurant. It shouldn't be this difficult. I won't be coming back again! Voir le carte

The first time we went, we were told they weren't taking orders for the next 30-40 minutes because they were so backed up on orders. There were customers sitting down without their foods just waiting and people waiting for their pickup/delivery orders. Haven't had to deal with that before so it was just baffling but it was busy, so I understand. We just ended up leaving. Came back another time but it wasn't as busy. Staff was friendly, food took awhile to come out even though there wasn't much people there, but food tasted great.

I went into the restaurant to place a takeout order for two burgers, fries, a kid's meal, and wings. After paying and leaving a tip, I waited for my food. However, when I got home, I discovered that some items were missing. As I am currently pregnant, I was particularly upset because those missing items were very important to me. I reached out to the restaurant, and they promised me that the manager would take care of the issue. I was informed that I would receive a refund, but it has been a month, and I still haven't received any updates.

We ordered the following: - A Classic Smashburger with just cheese and pickles. - A Classic Smashburger with two patties and all the toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Smash Sauce, and ketchup on a toasted bun). - Smashfries, which are crispy french fries seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. - Sweet potato fries. After placing our order, we headed out to pick it up. The location is conveniently off the Ann/95 exit, with plenty of parking available next to Yogurtland and Trader Joe's.
