I waited over 30 minutes for a Coke Zero and some mozzarella sticks, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. This isn't typical for this Sonic location. It seemed like no one really cared about the issue. Now, it's taken just as long to get someone to process my refund. I’ll probably choose a different place next time. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, receiving a 5 as well. The atmosphere, while decent, only rated a 3. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for breakfast without breaking the bank!

Bought 2 SS double bacon cheeseburgers with no onions and 1 triple SS double jalapeno cheeseburger add mayo with 3 large fries. Fries were medium, not large. 1st 2 burgers had no bacon and had onions. 3rd burger had no mayo and tasted like it had onions. Two days in a row. Asked for light ice. Even reiterated that vehemently today. What did I get? A $4.50 cup of ice with a little bit of drink in it. They have an issue taking instructions. I also ordered a whip cream pup cup and a small cup of water. No pup cup. I had to send the nice young lady back to get a whipped cream pup cup. They have gotten better at answering the red button in a timely manner, but Giddings kids are rude. And they have the customer service of an African safari predator.

The food was quite enjoyable, earning a solid 4 out of 5 for its quality. However, the service was just average, which is why I rated it a 3. The atmosphere is also decent but not particularly noteworthy, so I gave it another 3. For a meal priced under $10 per person, it’s definitely worth a try!

Very disappointed in this store ...I just started today 8/12/2023 I lasted 2 hours and could not take it anymore with the condition of the store food was not properly prepared and stored in a sanitary way I refused to participate in working there. food was on the floor from the night before raw eggs stored in a pot on top of the MEAT CABINET and fry grease was not good at all I've been around this store for more than 15 years and this is by far the worst I have seen in it.its very sad that the public is being served food from this kitchen when I confronted the management over the condition I was told it would be up to ME to change it ...it is not up to me and me only its the management that...
