I mistakenly placed a $61 order through the app for a location in a different town. When I reached out to Sonic's customer service, they refused to issue a refund. I've decided that I will no longer be a customer of Sonic.

The order wasn't accurate. We ordered a number one cheeseburger with mustard, no ketchup or mayonnaise. Medium coke and fries plus a kids meal . They only rang up the kids meal . They brought out the kids meal and not the number one . They couldn't take the order right . My husband wanted his money back and then they said we hadn't paid . It was a fiasco. We left still hungry.
