Not pleased one bit, I ordered a crispy tender dinner, the onion ring that was served is super unprofessional. Disgusting, one way to describe there food. Do not recommend coming here ever again.

It is rare that you get a diet of lemonades that is made right. Often it lacks the lime wedge for which you were charged 60 ¢, or they did not change the canister and it is nasty soda water or both.

When did they close out the car hops? If I go here and eat in my car, it's not going to be from a drive-thru, that's for sure. Maybe they were short handed, this is when the owner gets out there and earns their . Voir le carte

We had an issue with our credit card being declined, but we offered to pay with cash instead. We were pleasantly surprised when the server delivering our order reassured us by saying, "It's no problem, don't worry about it, have a great day." Acts of kindness like that are rare nowadays!

We placed a mobile order before arrival. We waited about 15 minutes. The guy has an order, it was NOT ours. He goes back, we waited 10 minutes. This time the sizes of our tater dead and mozzarella sticks were wrong. The guy takes the little ones back, comes back 10 minutes later. No apology for bad service. Absolutely ridiculous. We're not going back to this place.

Ordered ahead on the app and then had to wait 20 minutes after I had placed the order before the time like 10-15 minutes, so the total time was about 30 minutes. When they came out, they forgot one of our meals and a shake. The food was disgusting and old. It wasn't that bad. This situation is only good for drinks and I'm not even sure. Voir le carte

We ordered only two seawater and the car before us were sitting 18 minutes before the car thru window after we ordered before they even took the payment and they had not yet given that the car had their order until the time that we had our losses 6 minutes later. If an order item lasts so long (and why should it, even chicken usually just 12 minutes to fall up) they have parking and bring it out, or come outside and take care of people further back in line to move things along.

Waited for like 2 hours for my mobile app order. Stalls are all closed and have been for like a month now. Hands down the worst fast food place in all of Albuquerque. YES I mean WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in Albuquerque. Food was so cold and told them I wanted fresh since it was like tasting out the fridge left overs. I called corporate and they just said they are sorry since they couldn't get better management in this place to get better employees. Everyone of them was rude and didn't even want to give me a refund and said I had to call the mobile app department. Voir le carte
