"One thing I hate more than leaving a Karen review is getting burnt or old food especially when it’s for my kids. It took a while to get my food so I assumed they were making it fresh. Chicken tenders were hard as a rock and fries were nice and soggy. And my cheese sticks you could tell were old too because the cheese was hard. Usually this doesn’t happen at this location but since it took as long as it did I’m pretty disappointed to get old food"
