"This Fazoli's opened about a year ago, and they have done an excellent job since then. The staff were quick, friendly, courteous, and professional. The dining area was mostly empty, likely due to the pandemic, but everything was impeccably clean. Unlike another restaurant I visited earlier today, I received a complete set of plastic utensils without having to ask. My food was prepared quickly and exactly as I ordered it, and I'm confident that my wife will be very pleased when I take it home. Great job, Fazoli's!"

"My food (meatloaf meal) was good. My son (tenders) and daughter (BLT) were also really good. But, my wife’s fried chicken sandwich was definitely undercooked. She didn’t notice until she was almost done, but it was tough and had a bunch of undercooked pieces…probably why she was sick that evening. For the service, smiles and being relaxed can help a lot. The wait staff looked borderline uncomfortable and uptight. We didn’t get that typical southern charm/kindness from everyone we talked to."

"We returned to town for a family gathering and knew we had to visit KBC again. We made a reservation for Friday night and were seated right on time. The drinks are exceptional, and you never feel shortchanged on the alcohol. I started with the cranberry spritz, which was light and refreshing, and finished with the blackberry tart that was perfectly balanced. For our appetizer, we ordered the yum yum shrimp wraps, featuring large, juicy shrimp that were batter-fried to perfection with well-seasoned corn starch. My husband enjoyed them so much that he joked he could have just eaten the fried batter! For our main courses, my husband chose the ribeye, Pittsburgh style, while I went with the salmon. Although the steak was slightly overcooked, the flavor was so delicious that we didn't mind. The salmon was moist and had a lovely crisp on the outside. Once again, we had a fantastic meal here, and our only complaint is that they’re not open on Sundays! Lol."

"I ordered for pickup, so I can't comment on the dining experience. The staff was friendly, although we didn't have the chance to meet Richie B. I got an 18-inch pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese, along with an Italian sub. However, when we got home, we noticed that there didn't seem to be any extra meat or cheese, even though we were billed for it. I also ordered onion rings when I arrived to pick up the order. They were ready pretty quickly, but when we got home, we found there was no onion ring sauce included. That said, I have nothing negative to say about the food! The pizza was the best I've had while visiting my brother, who used to live in Panama City but now resides in Dothan. Our sub was flavorful as well! I highly recommend Richie B's!"

"I've never seen service like this... we ordered the pot roast for me and my wife to share. Told our server we were splitting the order. They actually plated the dish split and brought out two separate dishes. This was a first. Anytime we've split a meal we get the standard meal and an extra plate to deal with ourselves.Food was wonderful! We ordered a desert, and right after we get it, the manager comes out with a second because he thought the first was too small of a portion. We politely declined, as we were already full from the main meal (and the first serving was NOT too small), but wow...seeing someone this concerned with customer experience....It was just very refreshing in a time when most people only care about themselves and treating a customer right is almost unheard of."
