Ms. Katy really needs retraining in customer service. As a result, they’ve lost a loyal customer. I ended up paying $15 and received two certificates worth $12.50 each, which seemed like a decent deal. However, regardless of their profits, I believe that as a customer willing to pay extra for a to-go option, I should have that choice. I find their refusal quite unreasonable."

I'm from Illinois and visiting a friend here. A local guy recommended this place when I asked for good options nearby. The food is amazing, and the service was fantastic—very attentive without being overwhelming. The prices are reasonable too. I would definitely give it a 5 out of 5!

It's crazy to me how this place is people's favorite restaurant. I suppose if you're in for pretty basic, nostalgic food and vibe this would be your place to go. It's been around for a long time and I've gone a few times, some when I was young and then twice as an adult and I just don't get the hype. Definitely a boomer gen place to eat.
