"Firstly, it took a whole 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and give us menus while we were seated at the bar, even though there were only 5 other people in the restaurant so there was no excuse for being too busy. Secondly, when we ordered Stella beer on tap, it had no foam and tasted very acidic and citrusy. After only drinking 20% of the beer, both my companion and I decided to ask the bartender about it. He then went to check the kegs and came back to admit that something wasn't working properly. He was very nice and apologetic."

Went there on a Sunday around 2pm. Bar was pretty packed but the dining area was wide open. Highly recommend the flaming cheese

Anna is an incredible bartender! The atmosphere at this place feels like a cozy local bar with a touch of big city excitement. Definitely the top bar in Baltimore! Voir le carte

The inside of this restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere, with friendly locals frequently dropping by. The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Make sure to try the meatball sub - you won't be disappointed!

We were a party of 3, Sunday at 4:30, the place was virtually empty. We were not rushed but it took to long for everything. My brother and I both wanted to try the ribs but they were out. I had the Pork Athena and it was alright, nothing to rave about. The place was just OK. I expected much more.

Probably my favorite place on the square in Canton. Although Canton is a party to the extreme spot the speakeasy is oftentimes a little more low key than other spots. The food isn't bad either. The staff is always great too. Oh they have a great patio with a tv for watching sports and stuff. If you're prowling the square, you should stick your head in. Voir le carte

The service was fast especially for a Saturday night and the bathroom was fairly clean. Now the food on the other hand was very disappointing. The crab dip in a bread bowl was not giving what it should have gave, it tasted like eating a bagel with tons of cream cheese. Where was the crab and the seasoning, I guess lost in all of the cream cheese. Then the honey Sriracha chicken nachos were swimming in a pool of honey that was not okay, who likes soggy nachos? Not I said

I went here for dinner and Davis was really nice. He was the only one and was holding it down. There was a full bar with some extras standing and 2 tables full of people. He checked on us regularly and even let me taste test before I got something new to try and drink. The food didn't take that long and it was super fresh and amazing. It was nice and hot and wasn't sitting there for 10 minutes like it does at other restaurants. I got a crab cake sandwich and it didn't fall

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
