I had the pork belly sandwich, and it was fantastic! It was so moist that it made me want to call my ex. The staff was friendly, and although there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Best REAL barbeque in Southern California. All others are meh!This is the place for real southern barbecue.I am from TN, and I tasted barbecue in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, etc...This place is as good as it gets in the crazy California .

Phenomenal smoked meats! We had brisket sandwiche and a pork belly sandwich each came with a side of coleslaw. On the side, we ordered spicy Mac and cheese, and potato salad, out of all the sides, the potato salad was the best!They have an a la carte pricing too per pound approx 27-30$/lbs depending on meat.

Hands down the best BBQ we have ever had! We came for the great reviews, and we were definitely not disappointed.The service is amazing, so friendly. Plus, they let us sample some meats to finalize our decisions.All the meats are cut as you order and priced per pound. They also offer plates (rib tips or chicken) or your choice of sandwich.We tried the pork belly sandwich, half pound of brisket, the rib tip plate, mac n cheese (regular and spicy), sweet potatoes, baked beans, cornbread, and banana pudding. My husband and I stopped by to pick up some food to go. We ordered the burnt-end brisket (which unfortunately didn’t come with buns, as they were out), along with rice, coleslaw, and yams. We absolutely loved the food! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and when we asked about hosting a work retirement party there, they showed us a spacious room in the back that we could use. Plus, we received a discount for being local hospital workers! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they didn’t have any buns available and the prices were a bit high, but we’ll definitely be back for another great meal!

I go to Texas for training once a year and I always have BBQ there Texas BBQ is the best hands down. Spirit of Texas is as close to Texas BBQ that you'll find in Cali. BBQ is SUPER tender,just the right amount of smoke, and their homemade BBQ sauce is delicious. Their sides are all really good too especially their baked beans. As far as meat goes their pork burnt ends were my favorite. Even the environment and how they serve is just like every BBQ spot in Texas. Best BBQ in Cali I've had for sure. Lots of good places out there but if you want as close to Texas BBQ look no further.... If you're in the area or just passing through make sure you stop and get your grub on.... You're Welcome....

The beef brisket served on weekends is simply the best—moist, juicy, and absolutely delicious! I'm definitely going back for more, haha. It's interesting to see people from all walks of life here; some dine in their cars, while others, like me, either eat in or take food home. The mac and cheese comes in both regular and spicy varieties, and they're both delicious. As for the sweet potatoes, they are indeed sweet! My family loved the brisket so much that there was none left. They charge by the pound, which is great. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
