The experience wasn't great; my order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incorrect.

There's usually a long line at the drive-thru at Starbucks, but they serve you efficiently. The service and menu quality is consistently good.

Best staff in the business seriously! Been a customer for years now and it's honestly the same cool ???? vibe regardless if they're slammed or it's slow. I'm always amazed at their work ethic and no one is fakey nice which I LOVE. I frequently visit this Starbucks location and have always had a positive experience. However, I think they should improve their system for managing a high volume of orders, particularly during events like "Red Cup Day." It can get quite hectic. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have staff with better customer service skills at the counter; the gentleman taking orders today was quite rude.

I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks with their mobile ordering system. My order didn't get acknowledged for 30 minutes, even though I watched the whole room being cleared out as Lindsay asked other customers their names and orders. After waiting for 25 minutes, I mentioned my order, and she said that was okay. There's a purpose behind mobile ordering, and waiting half an hour for a cold coffee drink, along with a cold sandwich, is simply unacceptable.

This location unfortunately has several issues with its management team. There are concerns about mistreatment, negligence, and a lack of moral support regarding the safety and well-being of their staff, which ultimately affects the customers as well. I plan to escalate my concerns to the corporate offices regarding the incidents that have taken place, as a form of documentation. It’s truly unfortunate. The well-being of both customers and employees should be a top priority, and when it’s clear this isn't the case, it poses a significant problem. Voir le carte

I visited this morning with my mother and ordered a hot venti hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. When I got to work and opened the cup to microwave it, I was shocked to find that it was filled to about four inches below the rim. I couldn’t believe it! It felt like I’d been shortchanged after paying a premium for a venti but only receiving a grande in a larger cup. I’m considering going back today in hopes that this Starbucks will address their mistake. Additionally, they mistakenly gave my mother a mocha when she had ordered something completely different, and they also forgot to provide her with the iced water she requested. Went to this location after the gym, about 10 mons prior to closing. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, they locked the door, and there were still other customers inside being served. I waited for the others to unlock the door to leave and asked what time they closed. When they said 9pm, I let the lady know she locked the door prematurely and her excise was she couldn't allow me service because the other customers had a big order and that's why she locked the doors. This is not good customer service. Why should I have to miss out because someone else has a big order? I would've been more understanding if I got there after closing. As an avid Starbucks customer and drinker, I was quite surprised when I visited this location.Both of my hot drinks were given without the protectors applied nearly burning my hand but I had to return to this location due to my drinks not only being flavorless and my cookies not warmed as requested, and the customer service I received was not satisfactory or welcoming.Tried to politely explain to the young lady April behind the counter that I simply wanted a remake of my beverages and my cookies but she immediately and very rudely dismissed me by waving her hand and walking away to allow another employee to assist.
