This was my first time eating here and it was a good experience. Carlos (I think that was his name) was a great server super friendly) He made sure the food came out as it should and we didn't need anything else. Good food but coffee is a 3/5.

The food was amazing will definitely come here again. I want to say thank you Alondra so much for being amazing to me and my family during our visit. Made my birthday feel special thank you a million for going out of your way to make us feel very welcome

Tasted, fast and convenient w large natural light and readable printed menus. the addition of paprika and tweeting to kartoffeln is a note on the cafes extra touch in all classic breakfast food. sriracha eiersandwich was a standout. blueberry pancakes on the place! old fashion diner tassen for coffee. you will be back Voir le carte

Finding parking was a challenge. Despite that, the first-come, first-served policy got us seated in just 15 minutes on Father’s Day. Every dish we tried was delicious. We sat outside in a cozy nook, so it was understandable that our service was a bit slower than usual. I’m pleased to be a returning customer at both locations. The great food and friendly staff will definitely keep me coming back.

Great ambience, friendly staff and lovely tasting food that has fortunately *touchwood* hasn?t changed in the last so many years. Their collection of freshly squeezed juices is a must try. We also had their veggie skillet and eggs sardou and were very happy with the brunch experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. PS. We had an amazing breakfast on July 2, 2023, with Carlos as our wonderful server. First, we arrived soaking wet from a heavy rain, and the hostess was kind enough to provide us with towels. Carlos then assisted us in choosing our breakfast, sharing his own recommendations based on what he had tried. Everything was just right for a rainy Sunday in Chicago. We especially enjoyed the special pancakes, Penelope’s Peaches. Delicious!

SUPER busy in the mornings, looks like they're understaffed. The service is just okay, some of the hosts are a bit rude. The food is not bad, but every time my friends and I have come here something we order gets messed up. I've ordered the smoked salmon bagel benedict on multiple occasions, and I don't really like the potatoes it comes with onions are undercooked so I substitute it with fries (there is a sub fee even if the side you want is cheaper than the side the entree comes with) Overall I'd say this is a pretty solid place in terms of food. Huge menu, but small downfalls are the service and consistency.

They have a full breakfast and lunch menu, but I always get breakfast, usually an omelette or the chilaquiles. If you want a carb splurge, the monte cristo waffle is obscene. Last week we each had the build your own omelette (choose three ingredients from lots of options), and they were perfect. I substituted the potatoes and bread for ripe and juicy tomatoes (still nine pounds of Covid weight left to lose). We had a great waitperson. She refilled our coffee three times without having to ask. Street parking... there are a few free spots but the easiest are the paid ones on Milwaukee. They seem to do a ton of pick-up and delivery orders here, which is especially in the winter. Voir le carte
