The restaurant is consistently good and very clean. While the service can be a bit slow and not exceptional, the burgers are always of high quality.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! I just spent $37 on dinner for my family, and we could hardly eat anything. Check out the pictures of the soggy, unappetizing burger that looks like a dirty diaper.

Drive thru experience. The Garlic Steak cheese Burger with a side of onion rings was good and hot. The food tasted freshly made and didn 't have that, stuck under a heat lamp texture to it. The chocolate shake was thick and not too sweet. Recommended!Yasmin took very good care of us!

First time we stopped in to eat in awhile. The entire staff was lovely, especially our waitress (we were there around 1pm, I didn't remember her name but props to her! I will say for anyone reading this it's not the staff's fault that the water tastesweird that just happens this time of year in this area... ???????? Thanks for a pleasant meal and experience!

It's really disappointing that Steak and Shake only pays their employees $5.50 an hour plus tips. The staff struggles to make tips because they aren't bringing in enough business. The service was slow, and we didn't receive our drinks until we were almost finished with our food. It was a terrible experience. Our waitress even complained about having to clean our table. Every table in the restaurant was dirty, and the manager refused to come out from the back. This happened in Rogers, Arkansas. Voir le carte

What a disappointment! The hygiene was lacking, and the service was terrible! I decided to save time by booking online for pickup, and I received a text saying my order was ready. However, when I arrived, the waiter was completely clueless and made me wait another ten minutes! Even if it was only ten minutes, I was in a rush! I finally asked, "Is this my burger?" I didn't have time to figure out what was happening, so I took a bite right away. It tasted awful! There are so many better burger places in Arkansas. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all!

My daughter and I stopped in to have breakfast. I have eaten Steak 'n Shake many times but have never gone in. I was pleasantly surprised that you are seated by a server who takes your order and your food is delivered on real plates with actual silverware. I ordered pancakes with eggs and sausage. My daughter wanted a burger and fries. It was nice that I was able to get breakfast and she could get lunch. My pancakes were delicious. They have a sweet vanilla flavor that I really like. My sausage and eggs were also good. The price was super reasonable. I will definitely remember Steak 'n Shake as a weekend breakfast option more often.

I visited the restaurant today and was quite disappointed. I waited 30 minutes for my milkshake, which I had already paid for, but I never received it. I asked two different employees to check on my order, but neither returned with an update. The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet we didn't get any refills on our drinks. On another occasion, I went through the drive-thru and realized I was missing a meal when I got home. When I returned two days later to address the issue, I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have my receipt. I do enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the customer service needs improvement.
