"This is one of my favorite places in charlotte to eat . I took a friend who traveled from London who use to live in charlotte there because itâs usually a great vibe. Unfortunately this time around, it wasnât a great experience. The table they sat us at was bad they had to put paper under the legs but it was still unstable. Our waitress was horrible. We were told she was new but I think they gave her too many table to manage. She forgot to put our order in, our water cups was dirty. She brought another cup and that was dirty too. The appetizer I ordered didnât come out 15 mins after ordering it the waitress came back to tell us they ran out. I asked for a menu it took over 10 mins to get one. When I reminded her, She told another 5 mins to bring one. By then we asked another waitress and she got it to us. The drinks was decent. Manager came to our table and told us, our order wasnât placed so they comped my friends dinner. It was over over 1 hour and 30 mins. By then I wasnât interested in ordering food. I appreciate the management trying to accommodate. For future they shouldnât give too many tables to a new wait staff until their skilled enough to manage. I wouldnât write this placed off yet, the food is good here. I would go again. Maybe next time I will sit at the bar"

We really enjoyed the atmosphere at the restaurant. The service was excellent as well. I’m struggling to find anything on the menu that I didn’t like!

Our server Desmond was attentive and informative about the menu. Food was great and overall vibe is relaxed and casual but also trendy and fun. Definitely will come back again!

Our service was really slow. We ordered a bottle of red wine that was warm...not room temperature...warm! The cheeseburger egg rolls were great but everything else we had was just ok. Voir le carte

that was my second time to visit this restaurant. I have to say this is one of my top fantasies. the service was good and the food was good. the only complaint I have is the waiting time for the food and a missing side part. we waited for an hour to get our food. I have replaced the healthy rice with roasted vegetables, but my sweetness does not get. After he asked the waiter to do so, he gave me a lot of fuff that was mixed nicely. obviously I had only laughs and kartomas in my teller no sweet in sight. overall it was another good experience.

Been here 2 times in the last month and I have to say it most certainly is not the service that keeps me coming back. The food is delicious.. But the time it takes to get your drinks, food or even be noticed that youâre there is what is wrong with this restaurant. But the food! Is spot on! We ate on the patio which is nice you are able to hold a conversation⦠inside is very noisy. I will definitely return because the food is so delicious and keep my fingers crossed that some day they will fix the issues with their Waite staff and bartenders.
