it says they close at 9 o'clock, so I came at 8:30 o'clock a day they were closed so that this time I showed up at 8 o'clock and they are closed still far earlier than the time on google, there are no signs on the doors to tell them the hours. I hope the employees are not only closing sooner than they should.

They get my takeout (order ahead for pickup) sandwich wrong every time! EVERY TIME! How hard is it to read the list of the ingredients I want and add it?! There is always something missing or never the correct amount I asked for. Please for the love of god take your time and go ingredient by ingredient! The positive is that they are super clean and friendly, but if they can't follow simple directions and make a sandwich correctly I'm not sure if that makes up for it. Voir le carte

the wood ave and off-site ave subway is a hidden gem. in the opposite direction to the subway with black rock tpke and the villa ave subway has the subway staff who are trained to serve customers and to listen to customers in an overwhelming and correct manner. the subway w/s has cheaper prices over the board and a better drink selection. they will be the person who the other subway next to w/s treat money then go directly to make another order. the lack of training on the subway should be a problem. therefore it is worth a special trip.

The Wood Ave and Suburb Ave Subway is a true hidden gem. Unlike the Subway locations at Black Skirt TPKE and Villa Ave, this one has employees who are well-trained to serve customers and genuinely listen to their requests in an attentive and efficient way. The Wood Ave Subway also offers more affordable prices and a better selection of drinks on their menu. It's worth going out of your way to visit this location rather than the one next door; you'll definitely want to place a different order here. The shortcomings in service at the other Subway locations highlight just how special the Wood Ave Subway is. This place is absolutely worth the special trip!

I went online using the app and ordered a tuna sandwich meal. I then ordered 2 additional sodas, the app charged me over $30.00 for 3 tuna meals I tried to call immediately and cancel and they did not answer the phone for 30 minutes in which case I was charged over $33.00 for a tuna sandwich. They refused to credit me for the mishap. This subway and the subway app will screw you if you make a mistake. There is no grace period to void or change your illegitimate order. Buyer beware. Subway lost a 50 year loyal customer with there new bogus app that does not offer a shopping cart to allow viewing your order before you hit send.
