"I just had the best Whataburger experience of my life. I drive into the Mobile area from Athens Georgia to visit family from time to time, and this Whataburger is always my first stop in the area. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh! Honestly, even though Whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant, I have always viewed Whataburger's fries as their only weak point. Let me tell you, those fresh and so hot you could barely hold them fries I got tonight changed my opinion. Generally speaking, I don't mind waiting a little while for my order when I go places especially late night like this. I do get greatly irritated, however, when a simple request is not done correctly or is fully ignored. I just add pickles to my honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich and they got it right (unlike any other fast food restaurant would have lol Checkers I'm looking at y'all)10/10 tonight, you guys! Management should be proud of their staff"

"This is a fantastic spot to grab lunch with the kids. Dining outdoors adds to the experience, as you get to enjoy watching boats come in and out while you eat. The kids' menu is solid, featuring options like hot dogs, grilled cheese, and chicken tenders, among others. For adults, there are around 20 options that include entrees, sandwiches, and salads. I tried the meatloaf and mac-and-cheese burger, while the kids enjoyed grilled cheese, and my husband had a shrimp salad served in a bun along with a bowl of gumbo. Everything was delicious! The service was very friendly, and the portions were generous. After relishing the gumbo— which was truly outstanding—my seven-year-old and I indulged quite a bit in Dad's bowl, leaving us barely halfway through our meals. I would have taken the leftovers, but with a long drive to our hotel ahead, it wasn’t practical. The atmosphere was lovely, making it a great find. Plus, our total bill for the four of us, with plenty of food, was only about $30! I definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day."

"Great service today and very good food. I wrote a review last year. Because I had a bad experience with cold food. And terrible service. I was very hesitant to eat here again. But so glad we did. The food was good. And our server was very pleasant and accommodating. I don't know what her name is. She worked at Chuck's BBQ. Again, the food was delicious. But make your servers or break. We both had the meat sampler. With ribs, brisket and sausage. With the best banana pudding I had in a very long time. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I live an hour away, but back. And recommend your business."

"Went about 930 on a Friday and dining room doors were already locked. The drive thru line was pretty long but we got in anyway. The wait wasn't very long about 10 minutes. The employees at both windows were very friendly. We left the Saraland football game at end of the third quarter so by the time the game got over this place was closed. Wow just think of all the lost revenue. Are Owners that clueless in today's business climate? It seems like all everyone wants to do is figure out ways to short cut customers instead of embracing them. I guess Whataburger cleans up around here after football games"
