Terrible service. We waited an hour for our food but it never arrived. No manager came to speak with us about the issue.

I noticed that the restaurant offered more choices than what was listed on the menu. I tried the olive burger and fries special, which was quite good — they were cooked perfectly, not overly done. It felt a bit pricey to me, but since I don't dine out often anymore, maybe I'm a bit out of touch with current prices. Additionally, the menu was somewhat vague about what was included.

The only downside was the condition of the chairs; they were quite dirty and definitely in need of a good cleaning. One great feature, though, is that you can pay directly at the table and receive your receipt right there. Just a heads up: if you plan to tip, it's best to pay in cash, as there's a 3% fee for using debit or credit cards, probably due to the payment machine they utilize. I ordered the "Heights Burger," and even though there was a large takeout order that delayed my meal a bit (which I totally understand), the wait was definitely worth it. Our server, Terrence, was excellent; he kept us informed and entertained during our visit. His quick wit and humor really enhanced the experience. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, contributing to a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

However, the conditions in the restaurant were concerning; there were more flies buzzing around than you'd typically find in an outhouse. It might be worth checking with food inspectors to see how many flies are permitted per square inch! To top it off, my sausage biscuits and gravy arrived on a dirty plate. There's no way I was going to send it back, fearing they might tamper with my food. I was also bewildered to see a woman changing her child's diaper in the entryway instead of in the restroom. This place clearly wasn't run this way when Sharon owned it, and I likely won't be returning. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast, especially if you appreciate that classic diner vibe. It feels refreshing compared to those chain restaurants. The waitress greeted us promptly and quickly took our drink orders. The food we ordered came out almost exactly as requested. My companion asked for no onions, and the cook even came out to inform us that there might be a few onions in the dish, offering to remake it if we preferred. We opted to keep it with just the small amount of onions. I ordered the pancakes—three gigantic 14-inch pancakes that overflowed the sides of our 12-inch dinner plates.
