Sumthin Kool Snowballs

I have never been disappointed in the food from here. Cheesesteak, cheeseburger, chicken, ice cream, sweet tea, snowballs bomb. The people have always been kind. No complaints here!Food: 5/5

DO NOT eat at this establishment. They are hella rude and unprofessional. This is exactly why it's hard to support BLACK owned business. Sad to say, but most professionalism come from white establishments. This food place should habe been shut down. GHETTO

I can confidently say that the 2022 Homecoming Game at Woodlawn High School offered some of the best funnel cakes, fries, soda, and hot dogs in the area, all thanks to Mr. Reggie and Sumthin Kool. They stepped in at the last minute when our original concession seller canceled, and we're so grateful for their delicious offerings! Voir le carte

So today me and my kids went to get some funnel cakes and when we got there it smelled like burnt greese. Didnt think to much of it..but when we got home that same greese that was burning was the same greese that she cooked those funnel cakes it.........yea they were nasty. Going to chuck that one up to them just having a off day.

Horrible business, terrible service, long wait, no remorse. I waited 20 minutes for one snowball. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available. I finally spoke to someone who was in charge. She said her name was Ashley. Ashley gave me the snowball and rolled her eyes. When i asked to be accomodated, she said, you have your snowball. Very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Never again!

I visited a funnel cake stand after hearing good things about it, but unfortunately, I found it quite disappointing. It was actually quite disgusting—my two dogs even turned away from it! I thought they would enjoy the funnel cake, but it turned out to be more dry than anything else. I really don't understand the hype around this place. I won't be returning; I’ll stick to getting my funnel cake back in DC. Voir le carte

I've been visiting this place for nine years, and their snowballs and funnel cakes have never disappointed! I really appreciate seeing young people working hard to earn their summer money. It's always lovely to receive a smile, but it's important to remember that the workers are people, too. We can all strive to be a bit more kind and friendly to one another. A big shoutout to the owners and staff for the amazing job they do!

These people are disgusting!!! The manager is more nasty than the staff!! The whole place stinks with stench of disrespect, lack of people skills, or home training!! The way that manager spoke to me was horrible. And see this I why people don 't want to support black businesses. U all think ur winning because u have a few costumer 's but 1 rotten apple effects the whole bunch! Prayerfully.... y 'all see ur wrongs and will correct asap

Horrible! The people taking the orders have an attitude. They’ll make you wait at the window when they’re doing nothing behind the counter. I’d rather go to the other place on Liberty Road. This hole in the wall needs to do better! I definitely have receipts and ordered two cotton candy snowballs that came to $6.77. It’s raining outside so you’d think that they’d put in more effort when it comes to their customers. Instead of taking accountability and making things right, they blame their customers.
