I only tried the Indian cuisine, and the spices and flavors were outstanding. As for vegetarian options, the Indian dishes are vegetarian-friendly and quite good. There's also one vegetarian pasta dish, but apart from that, it's mostly a standard local restaurant that focuses on meat-heavy dishes.

The food and service were quite upscale. Don’t let the location and interior fool you. We ordered the steak tip stir-fry and chicken Alfredo, both of which were elegantly presented and tasted excellent. The food was so delicious that I wished I had saved room for dessert. I completely agree with other reviews that this place is a hidden gem.

We stopped for lunch on a weekday. I had the clay oven chicken tacos and my husband had the tiki masala. Our waiter offered us a choice of spice level. I recently moved to Trinidad and celebrated my birthday dinner at this restaurant. The food was incredible—none of the four of us could find space for dessert! The mushroom appetizer was exceptional, and their butter chicken is the best I've ever tasted. Other highlights included the onion rings and the Liquid Marijuana cocktail. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience; we will definitely be back!

The manager and chef, K.K., is truly exceptional. He prepared two of the most delicious steaks my wife and I have ever had, and even took the time to check in on us. I'm so glad he did because, while savoring his incredible steak, I felt the urge to express just how amazing it was. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If you're seeking a great meal while visiting Trinidad, I highly recommend stopping by Sunset without delay.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely view of the mountains, and they even had a bar. The green curry was made with fresh vegetables and tofu, which was a delightful touch. For a place that isn't solely a Thai restaurant, it was quite good. While it wasn't spicy, it was served hot in temperature. After a quick 20-minute wait, we felt satisfied without the heaviness of a greasy meal. I had a fantastic dining experience! The Alfredo was absolutely delicious, and the garden salad was incredibly fresh. I also enjoyed a wonderful Italian wine. The lentil soup and chicken Tikka were exceptional too. It's remarkable that all of this is available at one restaurant, complemented by attentive and professional waitstaff and a chef who takes the time to check in on his guests. The view was beautiful as well. Trust the reviews—this is the best restaurant in Trinidad and would undoubtedly excel in Lakewood or any other Denver suburb.

This is, without a doubt, the best restaurant in all of Southern Colorado. The food is not only delicious, but the stunning views of the valleys and mountains just outside are incredible. They offer a unique selection of cuisine, featuring Asian, Indian, Mexican, and American dishes. The alcohol selection is also impressive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. The chef was exceptional, visiting our table twice during the meal to ensure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

This restaurant and bar is truly exceptional, and in my opinion, one of the best within hundreds of miles. The chef has crafted an impressive menu filled with fantastic options. I tried the Lamb Curry accompanied by rice and Garlic Naan, and I was thoroughly satisfied not only with the generous portion sizes but also with the wonderful blend of flavors in the curry itself. On a different visit, I had the Lamb Chops cooked medium-rare, and I was overjoyed with my first bite—absolutely amazing. The staff deserves special recognition for being kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive to our every need.
