They didn't greet us and were super condescending; if you asked them a question or took just a little too long looking at the options, they acted like we were wasting their time. After we checked out, we saw that there was a Mezeh and wished we had taken our business there instead."

Leef, one of the staff members, is absolutely amazing. He offers exceptional customer service and has a very friendly demeanor. Although it’s certainly more economical to make a salad from scratch at home, the salads at Sweetgreen are delicious if you want to avoid grocery shopping and preparation.

I love sweetgreen but this location needs some work. Chicken was undercooked (which is was not the other day). The place doesn't have cups for water despite having an ice and water dispenser in their eating area. I get the whole minimal waste thing but im sure there are eco friendly options to water cups.

haven't been here in awhile, but prices are getting higher and portions much smaller. Every ingredient was a minimal amount. After tossing 1/2 a spoonful of chicken on salad, I asked for a little more. She grunted, put another half a spoonful on and added another $3.5 to bill. Quite poor value. For over $14, the amount of chicken I got is a joke. The bowl didn’t taste bad—the flavor is pretty decent, but I got barely half of the chicken that Chipotle bowl contains.I like the decor and idea of Sweetgreen, but I just don’t feel I got my money’s worth. I could get a better, more fulfilling bowl at Chipotle, Mezeh, or California Tortillas.

The food was acceptable, but we were charged extra for everything, and the portion sizes were rather small. The most disappointing aspect of our experience was the server, who was extremely rude. The young woman who attended to us had a very unwelcoming attitude. If maintaining a quality business is important, I would recommend reevaluating her role. Overall, I would give the food a 3 out of 5.

Sweetgreen is great this location is really hit or miss though. Their product is good. They have amazing salads. But this location is often out of ingredients and last week their online ordering was just randomly turned off. The worst part is they have 0% customer service as a corporation. I tried contacting them online and on social to see if they were even open that day and you cannot get a human. Voir le carte

Wow! This is one of the best salad-places I've been to that's set up like this! So many unique and delicious options. Everything looked so yummy it was hard to decide what to get- including their set menu as well as just if I were to build my own bowl. All of the fix-ins were well seasoned- which is often an issue I find at places like this! Not overly-oily too, which I appreciated. Efficient service.
