"They've really stepped up this whole sanitary game. The main restaurant looks so clean and spacious now. Whenever Jeannie sees me, she knows my order like the back of her hand, even tho I haven't been in there in ages (Rona distancing). Rebecca has done a great job getting the parking lot redone, and now the smokers have a really nice place to set out on the patio. It's like being a member of Cheers. They know us, treat us right, and are always glad we came."

"I had the Greek salad, and let me tell you, it was fantastic. I loved it so much that I plan to return for more. In fact, after having one for lunch, I almost bought another to take home that day! The server was outstanding—very hospitable, friendly, and upbeat. The atmosphere of the restaurant is charming and inviting, making it a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend that people visit more than once, not just during the week, but throughout the day as well."

"Went in for lunch. We got seated right away. The restaurant was clean. Fast service as we had our food in less than 20 minutes. The server only checked on us 1 time. They were out of a lot of stuff when I went. Food we ordered: Calamari: need more seasoning. The dipping sauce has weird after taste. Eggplant parmessan: need seasoning Spaghetti the works : need seasonings, the sauce was really watery. Garlic Knot rolls: need seasoning, and there was no garlic or garlic flavor at all. I went here since it has a high rating. In my personal opinion, as well as my sister, Olive Garden would have been a better choice. We were seasoning each bite just to eat it. Pros: fast service plenty of tables parking Cons: expensive (in my opinion) food was average at best, nothing to boast about Server barely checks on you they do run out of things, drinks specifically."

"The staff was courteous and friendly. Portions were generous. You must try their home made fresh fries, pefectly seasoned. Be sure you have napkin ready if you eat them by hand like I do. I had the jumbo burrito which comes with pulled pork, rice andpico d gallo all wrapped in a flour tortilla. This place is a must visit if you are near Wichita Falls, Texas."

"It's fast food, but the crew was exceptionally nice and friendly. Here's the thing with Carl's: NO major chain makes a burger to match them. The smoky, grilled flavor beats everyone, even Burger King among the big ones... And FYI their breakfast is on point too. Too bad there aren't more locations."
