"I had two experiences at this restaurant, one of which was not very good. However, the new General Manager has really turned things around. This individual genuinely cares about his role as a manager, and I believe corporate should take notice of that. There are also some technical issues with the equipment that need to be addressed to support the staff better. If you expect your management and employees to perform at their best, it's important to do everything possible to make their jobs easier, especially with a new manager at the helm. I sincerely hope that all employee-related issues get resolved, as this will help prevent some of the problems we encountered before discussing them with you. Additionally, I would like to offer my Google-certified 360 Photography services to the owners. I create 360 photos of your establishment for Google, allowing potential customers to take a virtual tour before visiting. This is a standout promotional tool that I provide to businesses nationwide. Every time I order around 10 in the morning, the food is always extremely cold. The soft taco I received was actually a hard taco, and I couldn't tell which was colder—the lettuce or the hamburger meat. I won't be spending my money here again.
