Doors were open, I walk in to order on the computer guy comes out yelling about them only having 3 people and I have to go back out and get into drive thru line.... ridiculous! What's the difference if I order on the machine and pay and/or go through the drive thru? Smh

always sweet when they are clearly understated and overworked. assumed, any bad review is about 30-50 think that the fact that at least wage overworked employees in the position to make honest mistakes and that they only have two hands is worthy temperament tantrum. do not leave the bitter customers on them, keep them the great work and know they are very appreciated.

taco bell is taco bell apart now it is almost double the price than 2-3 years ago. no longer a cheap guilty joy. when they go in, they will not take their order for them anymore. there's a kiosk who makes everything himself. like a self-check in food business. I really like it because I know what I want and can navigate it quickly. but you may have to wait behind some people who do not know how to use the technology very well, so if you are in a hurry, on the drive thru and eat in your car when you need it.

Got two crispy chicken chalupa boxes with some modifications due to allergies and such. Both boxes were completely wrong. We called and talked to the manager Emily who was nice enough to let us come back for a replacement within a week. We went back today for the replacement and they messed it up again. Called and asked to speak to a manager, explained the problem and she hung up on us and refused to answer the phone after. Will be calling corporate and letting them know what happened. shame on taco bell as a company to start a product of return, Mexican pizza and then make vinyl signs to say they are not on camp. Come on. how much was was wasted on signs. ensure delivery of the product before start. pity at this place on the lack of customer care to order at a kiosk. it was 9:30, 5-18-2022 and I was in the necessity of the joy of a two dollar tacos. but I didn't know what to do. I entered the monstrous line on my valuable price. it was two minutes. No, no! I told my colleague that we would end the awolnation music album we heard. 10:01 pm, we just finished the album, we have four meters. note?! 10:12 clock, the line actually began to move, but there was a car at the order station that sat there five minutes! then the cars went up and sat there for twenty seconds and then drove off. we were confused? then when we were there the so-called “EMPLOYEE” told me they close almost two hours early! when I asked why he said he was the only employee?! this is total...

New review: The drive-thru line, especially after 7pm, is so slow. And it’s all because they can’t manage to run the drive-thru while they’re trying to fulfill Doordash and Grubhub orders. So customers get to wait for them to find the time. I got in line tonight at 10:25 and I was the 8th car in line. It’s 10:45 as I write this and I’m 4th in line, and that’s mostly because three cars abandoned the line. So they’ve only served one drive-thru customer in 20 minutes. And the car at the speaker now, has been there for 7 minutes and they have their window up still… so they clearly aren’t ordering yet.
