The food was hot, and my order was prepared promptly despite the long drive-thru line.

Food is OK. When you find something you like, they take it off the menu. The wait time is terrible.

I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly enthusiastic, and they have a great sense of humor. The food is also excellent. Make sure to try the Chalupa box!

The stars I gave in categories asked is there service I got good but the lady that fixed my order, said my name real low like she had a attitude and put my food on the counter and walked away.Go Figure.

I don't quite understand why there are 3 to 4 employees present when I have to place my order at the kiosk. To make matters worse, what I wanted wasn't even available as an option on the kiosk, leaving me with nothing. It seems pointless to have staff there if they’re not assisting customers.

When we got there, it was late. Dining room was already closed. There Was an employee In the parking lot on break. Because I had a big trailer on my truck and couldn't go through the drive through. She helped us out by taking our order down on her phone and went inside and placed it for us. And brought our food out to us. Really great experience, very kind person. This is how service should be. We thanked her and if I had a had cash. I had gave her a big tip. I wish I had a god her name.

This Taco Bell in Zachary consistently serves up great food. Overall, it’s our favorite spot for tacos. However, be prepared for long wait times; we’ve often had to wait around 30 minutes in line. The dollar menu is a fantastic option for family dining. We particularly enjoy the beef burritos and bean and rice burritos. They can pack a bit of heat, but you can always ask for sauce if you want to control the spice level. Our family loves spicy food! We’re a family of four and typically order 3-5 substantial burritos per person. Sometimes just one or two will be enough.
