I order my food and i picked it up in 20 mins and my food was cold and my wings were floating in sauce like they were trying to be funny sauce was all over my bag on the ketchup packets

I've been dining at Taco Mac locations all over town throughout my life. While a popular brand like Taco Mac has the potential to be excellent, most of them tend to fall short—especially this one. The service was lacking, and the wings from the menu were below average.

Came here to try the famous wings and I wasn?t disappointed. The 3 stars are only for the time my group had to wait for the food to arrive. We went during the off peak time after 10 pm, expecting a speedy service. The staff were really apologetic but can?tblame them either.

Changed it from 5 to 3 stars. The new manu is terrible and all the great previous dishes are now tiny and the flavor is just bad. The waiters are OK but mostly are teenagers that can 't recommend a drink (they 're not allowed to drink). Worst is what they did to the Natchos all the way ... almost no meat, about 10 chips and the dip size got cut in at least half. Very disappointing, I am not coming back here. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a disappointment this Taco Mac is. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because I legitimately enjoy Taco Mac?s food but this has to be the worst managed restaurant in the entire chain. Consistently waitforever for seating and food, consistently receive food that is either a) wrong or b) lukewarm at best. From the reviews itappears these issues have been ongoing. It?s inexcusable. Pay the higher prices for a great meal at Stones or Marlow?s or makethe drive to the Windward Taco Mac.

Haven?t been there in over 2 years and now we remember why! My wife and son waited for 20 minutes because my wife gave her full name on the order and when she went to pick it up she said our last name. He said he did?t see it and they waited. When shefinally asked he said no all I have is an order for ?her first name?. Really??? She asked for the manager and she was nice aboutit and offered to remake it or have us reheat it. So still had to wait 30 minutes to eat it for $16 of savings? Not worth it!!Also $4 for half of a cup of Mac and cheese??? Chick Fil A charges about the same for twice as much! We?ll try again in another2 or 3 years!!

I?m sad for this Taco Mac. I don?t think they are going to make it. Starting with the incompetence at the front door when the untrained staff seemed baffled by seating a party of 3 despite having 15+ open tables, to an over-cooked hamburger that was toochewy to eat. My wife also ordered a hamburger and was glad to see they offer the Impossible burger option. Only problem isthere?s a $4 up-charge which means we effectively paid $18.50 for an Impossible Whopper. I?ve been a big fan of Taco Mac formany years, but I don?t see any reason to go back. Based on the number of empty tables on a Friday night and all the 1-starreviews, seems like I?m not alone.
