"VK Viet Kitchen is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Tacoma, Washington. The restaurant is conveniently on 38th Street (East of I-5), with plenty of parking on the street and designated parking around the corners. The owners (couple), Vincent and Kenny, are fantastic and friendly. The food is delicious! If you're from Portland to Seattle or vice versa, VK VIET KITCHEN is the place. Try their Bon Ne, Pork Blood organ Congee, BBQ duck noodles, or grilled squid"

"On the downside, I wasn't impressed with the hibachi. At $60 per person, it felt overpriced and disappointing. The lobster was smothered in sauce, leaving it overwhelmingly salty, while the fried rice was tough, and the vegetables lacked seasoning. The chocolate cake tasted as if it had been microwaved. However, the filet mignon was a standout—delicious, tender, and cooked to perfection. Overall, I’m giving Sapporo a good rating because the bar and sushi experience are truly top-notch. "We traveled from another state to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UPS. After reading numerous reviews about Primo, I decided to make a reservation. I have never had such a wonderful dining experience that I felt compelled to write a review. Everything was flawless, from the delicious food to the impeccable service. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"The restaurant felt a bit too pretentious for what it offered. While everything tasted good, I'm not sure it was worth the $32 price tag. The elk was over-sauced, which was disappointing because it's such a fantastic meat. The gnocchi had a gooey texture, and the wine selection was limited, with most bottles priced at $50 or more. The cheesecake tasted stale as well. I wasn't a fan of the $10 service fee for making a reservation; I’m sure there are other options, like OpenTable. I did enjoy watching the food being prepared, and the chef was great. The service was friendly, but a bit impatient. Sometimes, you just want to relax and savor your meal without feeling rushed. Unfortunately, the appetizers filled us up and drained our wallets."

"The food was satisfying and met my cravings. I ordered the fried tofu which could have had more flavor, but I enjoyed the crispy texture. The summer rolls with tofu were fresh and tasty, although the dipping sauce had a fishy taste. I ended up using the peanut sauce from the fried tofu instead. The pad see ew entree was a generous portion with chewy noodles, crunchy broccoli, and plenty of tofu. I would consider coming back due to the convenient location, but the service was average and the prices were unexpectedly high. It cost over $70 for two appetizers and two entrees, which I wish I had known beforehand. The establishment needs to improve their service and atmosphere to justify the high prices."
